Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Clay

Hit or miss at this location. Sometimes they are on point. Sometimes they straight up suck. I have DD Perks. I always have my order ready to pick up at least 5minutes before I get there. I have waited for my on-the-go order here time after time again before work. These people have taken more time than needed to make a single iced coffee on more than one occasion making me late for work🙃 still my fault because I didn't leave 20 minutes for my coffee to be made. I believe they were understaffed for a long time or something because there was always only one or two people working when I had problems. When there is at least 5+ people I don't have an issue. Not sure what is going on management wise with this place but I hope they turn around since holding open interviews for hiring people every Monday for the past few weeks. Positive note: when I do have a good experience getting my coffee there is always this one male working who is very friendly and kind. I will have to get his name and edit...

My husband and I have been to multiple Dunkin Donuts, and none are perfect, but some are better than others. This Dunkin is notorious for being slow. We see the same employees time and time again so them being new is definitely not the reason. Today really took the cake though. I ordered ahead to try and lessen some of the wait time. I submitted my order as we pulled in. There were 2 cars at the window, and one at the speaker. We waited for a total of 18 minutes, and when we got to the window, to see the same veteran workers, our drinks hadn't even been made yet. Another 3 minutes for them to make the coffees, that tasted like water with cream and light sweetener. No apology for the wait, no urgency, no pep in the step...... just horrible service and horrible coffee. Thanks for taking my money, yet again, for sub-par...

I showed up here last Saturday to get a coffee at 6 am.. I drove up to the speaker for drive through.. all lights on inside and only me there. Aside from the employee inside there. I sat for a few mis.. no one spoke so I got frustrated amd drove around the building to go inside. Locked doors.. the chick inside sees me amd ignores me... so I get even more upset and go to the drive through again.. still very frustrated at the whole ignorant situation as I'm trying to get coffee to go work. I sit amd sit no one speaks.. so I say I'm gona report this chick and that got her to speak.. she says there's 3 mins till they open.. I tried to tel her the online time showed they should be open by now amd she argued with me. Instead of just giving me some coffee.. I will never go here again because of that as now i see all dunkins...
