I will admit I did go in 30 minutes before close, but I work in the food industry at a pretty nice restaurant and I would have never handled a situation like these boys did. Food was okay, forgot my side of chips but my burrito was good. Where it all fell apart was after I paid for my food and waited for the worker to finish rolling it. I went to fill my drink and get some salsa and limes( they were out of limes), on the floor in front to the counter was basically a pool of water. I didn’t notice it after first because I do not actively look down at my feet but I did when I slipped and fell into the counter. I’m glad I didn’t fall down and hurt something. When I went back up to the register to collect my food, I let the worker know that I would recommend putting up a wet floor sign, and let them know that I slipped and fell into the counter. As a customer service representatives myself, my immediate reaction if someone told me that they slipped and fell would be to ask if the person was ok… this was not the case. Read moreThis is the best Moe's location in the Syracuse area. The staff is friendly and courteous. The portions are plentiful unlike the Camillus, Cicero, and Dewitt location. I had a bad experience at the Cicero location the week before. A new hire was on the line without a hair net or a hat. I let the cashier know that it was a health code violation she informed the manager, the manager totally ignored us, and then the cashier explained it was the new hires first day. I expressed my discontent about the quality of the food on that day and the health code violation to the Director of Restaurant Operations. Mr. Khanii response was "thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns with us. I sincerely apologize for your experience. I have reviewed our standards with the manager on duty and the entire team. We also made sure the new employee has the proper uniform for his next shift. Thank you for advising us of the situation. We decided to go for an evening drive and get dinner and we placed our order and when I got there I was immediately greeted by a young man and asked if I was getting pick up and my name. Before he could even get my stuff, another gentleman behind the counter asked if I had been helped. They were all so pleasant and it was so quick! The food was soo, so good! It surpassed chipotle and taco bell by far, I can't believe we have never stopped here before, but we definitely will be back again! The restaurant was full and clean, everyone seemed to be in a very pleasant mood. Was such a rarity to see in a restaurant nowadays.
