Easily the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, it’s not even close. I never take the time to write bad reviews, but good lord this joke of an experience deserves to be told.
I placed an order for 2 Blasts at 3:11pm. Got to the store 5 minutes later and checked in to a car port. Waited in the car port for 30 minutes. Not a single other car in the other ports, drive thru had maybe 5 cars, not an employee in site. The port screen said my name and my phone said it was “being made” for 30 minutes. The order was for 2 ice creams, that’s it. The dining room is closed, so I finally joined the drive thru line and there were 4 cars ahead of me. I waited for an additional 5 minutes with no one greeting me at the speaker. Finally someone greeted me and I asked to be refunded, as I was now at 35 minutes wait for 2 ice creams and I don’t want it. They tell me they can’t refund me and I have to cancel in the app. I can’t cancel in the app because I’ve been checked in for 35 minutes at this point. They say come up to the window and speak to the manager. I sit behind the other cars until I reach the window, 45 minutes deep in this experience. The manager says my order “never showed on their screen” so they didn’t make it. She offers a credit for next time and to make my ice creams right now. I say sure because she’s clearly not refunding me. She makes my ice creams and 2 different girls deliver them to me through the window. One of the girls then tried to hand me a bag with pretzels and I say I didn’t order any food and she says “Oh, just take them”... Uhh, ok. Thanks I guess?
THEN a 4th girl comes back and thinks I’m a new customer and asked what I ordered. I explain I’m waiting on manager. The manager comes back and asks my name, I give it to her thinking she’s writing it on a voucher or something. She disappears. Another couple minutes go by and an entirely new girl (5th employee I interacted with, I honestly have no idea who is a manager at this point) comes to the window and asks “what happened?” I tell her I think the manager is getting me credits. She disappears for a minute and comes back to tell me one of them wrote my name in their “credit book” so I can give them my name next time I order ice cream and not have to pay.
What an absolute disaster of an hour at Sonic. I’ll tell you one thing, those credits in their “book” if that even exists will never be used because I will never be back. All I wanted was a refund for the $13.37 I spent to sit at a sonic for an hour, what I got was 2 ice creams and a whole...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The incompetence of the staff was evident from the moment I walked in. The service was beyond terrible – slow, disorganized, and downright frustrating. Not only did it take an eternity to my order to my car since the lobby was closed but my order was incomplete missing drinks. Place was empty when I pulled into the drive through so you can say we are backed up!
The lack of communication among the staff was astounding. It felt like they were completely clueless about what was happening in their own establishment. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was subpar at best. It seemed like they couldn't even get the basics right, as the dishes were undercooked, over-salted, and lacking in flavor. They also did not have an item I ordered which is ok so I had that item replaced with mozzarella sticks and they asked me to pull around to the handicap spot so I did. I waited 15 minutes for those mozzarella sticks no joke this place is a joke they don’t care about their job at all and certainly don’t care about the customer I worked at a restaurant back in the day takes 3 mins to fry up mozzarella sticks. Pathetic I understand that mistakes can happen, but the complete lack of accountability and effort to rectify the situation was truly disappointing. It's clear that the management of this restaurant has no regard for customer satisfaction or even basic professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this establishment at all costs. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and provide a far better dining experience. As a side note you can’t get anyone on the phone to speak to a manage to avoid having to go online and give this place a 1 star review I called 3 times and no answer. So I guess this...

We pulled up to the stall to order press the button, about a minute & a half a girl comes on and says "be right with you" no big deal.. we waited 6 minutes for her to come back on and say "sorry what stall are you?" We tell her, place our order, when I order onion rings she says "we're out of them for tonight", she tells us we can pay with card through the machine, or cash to the car hop. We try to pay with a card, it doesn't prompt on the screen. She comes out with our food, she seems to be the only one working. Gives us half our order, then we tell her that it didn't give us the opportunity to pay with a card. She says "oh yeah I forgot to tell you cash only." We panicked since I didn't have much cash on me, $12 to be exact, the total was $23. She takes the rest of our food and my card and returns inside to "try and run it" then comes back with only my card and says "it didn't work, but you guys can keep what you have". We finally manage to come up with enough cash to pay for our order, which she takes and gives us the rest of our food. We start to open the bag to find that the tots were extremely crispy, what was supposed to be grilled chicken is also crispy, my Sonic blast is partly filled with what taste like plastic, a Coney that was actually burnt, and absolutely no napkins. We're starving and we've now been here 20 mins so we eat the food, what we can and I went to throw the bag away but the trash is completely full.
