The staff is great to speak to but as soon as you leave or hang up the phone, it's a whole different world. There are definitely way to many Chiefs and not enough indians. I guess I carry a little blame for this debacle of a purchase. Especially from the git go, I get a call practically (asking with anxiety) to please call my bank and tell them that all the things that I needed attention had been fixed. The kicker is that the lender called me to see how the new car is going and I just said, (not complaining) I told them what I thought was wrong. I guess they called Candy Cars and told them until it is fixed. That's when I get the calls, asking to tell the bank it was all fixed so they could get there $$$$$ . And the kicker is I took it in "after I admitt" I had to rescedual a couple times, (health reasons) but when my son and I went they took the car we waited what seemed hours but I'm sure it wasn't. When they called me back to service they told me what all they found. All and all they said they had put everything back together and told me that they are sending me home until they find out if the warranty is going to cover. I CANCELED that a few weeks after they delivered me the car. They did charge me a $100 and something to tell to drive home [45] miles they would be in touch. I did find out after i couldn't get a call back that she is no longer with the company. Oh also i did find out the car had never been through C. C. That she went to there other store in Bridgeland i think thats the name. But I could go on and on but I'm sure as soon as this hits the desk they will file 13 it. After I get a...
Read moreYou know what they sayâavoid lawyers, politicians, and used car dealerships. Iâve never had a good experience with used car lots. Itâs usually overpriced vehicles or being stuck with a lemon.
But Candy Cars was different.
We needed a vehicle and stopped by the lot. From the moment we arrived, Mike (I believe that was his name) helped us find a vehicle that actually fit our needs and our budget. I expected the usual slick sales tacticsâupselling, pressure, and unnecessary âextras.â But that never happened. Mike was genuine, patient, and transparent. He clearly explained all our options, and we never felt pushed into anything. It was a refreshingly honest experience.
Fast forward: earlier this year, our vehicle had engine trouble. Thankfully, we had purchased the extended car warranty. We had it towed back to Candy Cars, and the team immediately got to work diagnosing the issue. Unfortunately, the warranty company initially declined proper repairs and pushed for a quick fix.
But Lisa from the service department wasnât having it.
She went to bat for us, fighting to make sure the repairs were done the right wayâand that they were covered. It took time, but Lisa delivered. She genuinely cared and made a tough situation a lot easier.
I went in skeptical and cautious. Candy Cars proved me wrong in the best way. Weâre happy with our vehicle and even happier with the people behind it. If we ever need another car or an upgrade, Candy Cars will be the first place we look.
And honestly? I rarely leave reviews. But after over a year, I can confidently say this one is...
Read moreI am highly disappointed with the experience I had of my car being in the mechanic shop for 2 weeks to start with the best part, I bought my cars 2 MONTHS AGO, and it already needs work done , THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR the warranty company covers most but I had to pay out of my pocket for some of the work, itâs fine it needs work done, but why am I paying for it after buying the car 2 months ago, and I have the premium warranty , anyways so day after day Iâm getting told â still Waiting On the warrenty company â total of about 4 days of them waiting on the warrenty company alone , threw out the whole process I asked them over and over and over to please give me updates seeing how I was relying on 3 other people for rides and to borrow their car, few days go by, I HAVE TO CALL guess what? I got a different update than I did few days ago! Few days go by guess what I CALL agin guess what different update about my car, I had to call into my job 2 different times to tell them I canât come in seeing how they couldn't update me properly , and I was also told 2 different times it be done at a certain time and it wasnât which I get it things happen but at the least call me and tell me. All I wanted was to be updated about my car seeing how I have no car for 2 weeks. And am relying on 3...
