Their QR code menus don’t include the new seasonal menu. Because the line starts on the other side of the building you can’t see the seasonal menu at all until you get to the register after already ordering. I asked the person taking our order what the new flavors were and she said “I have no idea what you’re even talking about.” I explained I was there the day before and saw new drinks up front. She again said she didn’t know what I was talking about and offered a banana bread flavor as that has been popular lately. I said sure and asked for cold foam and almond milk, my husband got his usual drink. When we get up to the register, I see the new drinks I wanted and asked if I could change my order since the employee had no idea what I wanted. The girl at the register was visually upset by this but still said yes I could change it. I order a funnel cake macchiato with almond milk. She hands me my previous drink order and said to just keep it. The original drink didn’t have almond milk nor did it have the cold foam. She then hands me the new drink and that also doesn’t have almond milk in it. I ask her for a receipt, as I didn’t want to cause a fuss, but almond milk costs more and if it isn’t on the receipt then I won’t complain but if I was charged for it, I’d say something. She gets super upset at this point and tells us to pull aside. We do and she follows our car aside. She says it’s going to be a minute for the receipt as they don’t give out receipts normally. We wait about 10 minutes until another girl comes out asking “what the problem is.” I told her I just wanted a receipt, as my drink order was incorrect and I wanted to see what I was charged for. She rolls her eyes and huffs saying “aren’t you the one who changed your order at the last minute? You got a free drink out of it.” She then says that the receipt paper was in wrong and printed backwards and it was going to be a while until I could get my receipt. I say okay and she walks away shaking her head. My husband and I watch her go inside, talk to a man, and she’s pointing at us laughing. We wait another 15 minutes and no receipt. When we asked what was going on we were told we were gonna be there a while for a receipt. They flat out refused to print a receipt for us. There isn’t a customer service number to call either which blows my mind. Read moreWhile we enjoy 7 Brews coffee and 7 Fizz we have unfortunately had unpleasant experiences there on a few occasions. 7 Brew is entirely drive-thru and the lines are always very long and we have waited quite awhile to order and to get our drinks. There has not been great organization and coordination amongst the staff which is needed with this many cars. We recently ordered and did not get to the pickup area for another 20 minutes in which time we noticed that they had brought out and returned our drinks back inside, and we had apparently been erased from their system. When we asked about the drinks having been made quite awhile before, a staff member told us they had not, even though we had witnessed this. Overall, this location needs a bit more coordination to keep lines going and keep track of orders, especially considering that many staff members are very young and may not have a lot...
Read moreI wanted so badly to give this place a 5 star but after today's experience I cannot. They sent out a notification for a SWAG day event purchase a large coffee get a free shirt. They failed to tell us upon arrival they didn't have shirts (if that were the case I would've ordered a small coffee). And did nothing to tell us they weren't doing the promotion anymore until we asked them. The car beside us was upset too. The worker said they ran out of shirts at about 10-11am. They should have sent out another notification saying they ran out and the promo was no more. But as any money hungry greedy company is, that was not the case. I wanted to like this place so bad.
