I would never buy another vehicle from this place again. The saleswoman was very nice. I picked out a Nissan Pathfinder. When I got ready to pick it up I was told that the transmission went. Another vehicle was picked out for me. I didn't get to see it in person because I was told that it was in the shop. I was told after I put 4500 down that there was only a six month warranty and I would have to purchase an extended warranty after that warranty was up. So many things has gone wrong with this vehicle. I've only had it since March 7,2024. I called in April to report these issues. They had no loaner service they told me. They said that there was no rush. I explained to them that I have a child that has epilepsy and passes out and I have to have a vehicle at all times. I finally was able to get the vehicle to them today. They're now telling me that nothing is covered. The engine light is on, the tires are uneven, it's making a ticking noise, brakes are no good there are cosmetic issues that they knew about when I picked the vehicle up. The only thing that they addressed was the tires. They're telling me that I have to pay $140 to get a diagnostic and another $70 to look at the brakes. This is not right and no way to treat a customer.
Seven months later my issue is still not resolved. No repairs have been done to fix the bumper and no warranty has been done. I have been calling since and different managers have been saying that they will call me back with quotes for extended warranties. I was never offered an extended warranty at purchase. That is a lie. I just don't understand why I am being given the run around to pay extra money to have coverage. I need to have a reliable vehicle as I have a child who has severe medical issues and has several specialty appointments regularly. I really trusted this place. I will definitely let my sister and friend know so that they don't make the same mistake that I did as they were going to be buying a...
Read moreWorst car buying experience ever. There was obvious damage and repair made to a truck in looked at, but the salesman could not tell me what happened or as to why it was done. Then he proceeded to tell me that if it was bad he wouldn't be able to sell it. If you dont know its bad, you can still sell it. I asked him if he would guarantee the transmission because there was obviously something that happened. I was told that I could purchase a protection plan for an added expense. Extremely lowballed the value of my trade in. Oh, lets not forget the fact that two of the employees almost got into a fist fight in the lobby of the dealership with it being full of clients.
Real classy place!!! Save your money and shop anywhere else!
Edit: This was not a "coming soon" vehicle that you claim. This truck has been on your lot for a while and been up for sale for a bit. I was asking for service records and you could not provide it. I asked why the drive shaft was changed, again no answer. Was told it was, "Probably changed by us" then it was the previous owner, then it was unknown and we would look into it. This is transparency, this is you unsure of the vehicle. I know it was a new drives haft as it still had the purchase stickers on it with no tarnish on the yoke or even the universal joint clips. But the front half of the drive shaft was older. Then telling me I have to buy my own protection against the truck incase you dont know what the problem is, I'm not playing with that garbage. Then when we couldn't get the price to where I wanted it to be, I was showed another vehicle that I'm not interested in, not to mention it would, "take a couple days to get it over to that dealership."
You wasted my time. I was going to buy a truck that day, I can lease one for less than what you were selling garbage for. I'll never come back and I will warn everyone I know to stay away from all your dealerships. You're crooks and...
Read moreWe drove multiple hours to look at a vehicle. We were swooped up by a salesman as soon as we arrived and taken inside before we could even look at it. Once inside we had to request the financial papers to review them, and we believe they were inaccurate with their amounts listed. They undervalued our trade in and believe they set the check engine light off. After finally being able to look at the vehicle, there was more rust than expected, the wheels were rusty, and the tires were dry rotted, which made the vehicle unsafe to drive in our local area. We went back inside to talk to the salesman, and had to go get him ourselves as he ignored us and was sitting in another room with his coworkers. We told him the tires were dry rotted and he tried to play it off and got defensive when we asked to renegotiate the price because of how bad they were. He was not willing to work with us at all so we ended up leaving. We will not return as this dealership seems to try to scam their customers at every turn, and prey upon people who donât know...
