I made a mobile order. Paid online. The location had 30 minutes to close so I thought I may have a chance to grab something since online it showed open. The worker hid when he saw me pull in (seen this plenty before) because no one answered at the speaker and when I pulled around there seemed to be no one inside. By now I had already paid online. I waited where my vehicle couldn’t be seen easily and the guy reappeared. When I drove back around he signaled his hand at his throat implying they are closed, but I wanted to know what to do to request the refund. He told me he couldn’t hear me. He was far from the window, had headphones in and made no attempt to come closer. A few times of going back and forth this way I got upset and shouted what was his problem.. I just wanted a clear answer and he just wanted me to leave so he kept repeating they are closed and put his head down. I asked for his name and he mumbled his name then said to speak to his manager if I had a problem.. very unprofessional. I emailed customer service and I am constantly told the store will reach out. Read moreYou lost me yesterday 11/4. I come in everyday. Maybe twice on some days. When I came in the was a good size woman actually sitting on the counter where your workers bring the sandwiches to be taken go. Bad enough you could not see the counter at all, she never moved and your customers had to reach around her while she scrolled on her phone, not even thinking to move. Then someone handed her a donut that she took her time eating while sitting in the counter. Why not move to a table as only 1 table was being used. I finally walked out thourghly disgusted and 3 other people left as well. I have owned a small retail business in colonie for 40 years and would have lost my mind over this especially when my customers food goes where this lady was sitting. Not caring about a thing!!! Read moreI was at dunkin' donuts road in morning time cash counter Pat was serving there were other 7 employees behind the counter arguing with each other. Two customers complained about their orders that were screwed up. I waited almost 10 minutes and then get waited on and guess what I order they didn’t pay attention and screwed up the order and above that being rude and with a attitude telling me that they can make another one as if they were doing a favor I paid for my order and it was a big order cashier was nice she mentioned clearly in order what’s need to be done.I hope Mr.Darlene Scott read this review and try to fix the the behavior of employees so that future customer do not face...
