Won’t Be Back
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like this needed to be said.
I went to Jersey Mike’s recently and was really put off by the experience. One of the female employees seemed irritated from the moment I walked in. No smile, no greeting just gave me a look like I was bothering her by placing an order. The entire time she was making my sandwich, I felt uncomfortable. She looked annoyed and rushed through it like she couldn’t care less. When I finally got my food, it wasn’t even made right, and a few things I asked for were missing — even the extras I paid for. I ended up tossing it. Between the attitude and the quality, it just wasn’t worth it. I don’t know what was going on that day, but it left a really bad impression. Read moreJust stopped here for a quick sub and the sandwich was definitely delicious and made with great care, I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because of Kaylee’s amazing customer service. When we walked in (11:15ish), there wasn’t anyone in there but very quickly the line built up because Kaylee was the only one working. Read moreWe ordered on line. We went into the store and picked up our order. No one spoke to us. When we got the food home we found our subs on white bread not the rosemary Parmigian as ordered. Again no one told us the subs were not as ordered. I called the store and was told they were out of the bread we ordered. Why didn't they tell us when we picked up the order? Also they have my phone number why didn't they call? The store staff they could do nothing as no manager was on site. I sent a note to their Customer Service site.
