Update 4/2/22. This location had a bad day today. Cashier was unable to print receipts as the machine is inoperable. I was asked to pull up for my order of an iced coffee. I waited 18 minutes. They brought out a coffee of the same type I ordered for the car that came after me and did not bring mine. Finally I went in they told me it took so long because they are trying to find lids. They tried to give me a burger; but that was an order meant for the drive-thru. I heard a burger being sent back because the cashier wrote down the wrong thing, and the guy telling the cook yelled at him (I thought they might fight) and the cook yelled profanity to criticize the order-taker. Then someone tried again to give me a burger that was someone else's. Finally lids were found and they poured the wrong coffee. There seemed to be no record of my purchase. Once they got the coffee right, I had to ask for the fourth time if I could get a receipt. The front cashier needed managerial help to print it. A car in drive-thru was also demanding a receipt (three times). With my receipt I was handed two comp cards for free sandwiches "for taking so long". My receipt didn't show I paid, but looked like a "comp". The iced coffee was not very cold and there wasn't much caramel in it. I was not given a straw, and had to flag someone down to get one. The level of disorganization and "set up" (paper receipt machine not working, no replacement system for giving receipts put into play until it could get fixed, supplies not restocked to the point it took 15+ minutes to locate cup lids, staff not trained in printing receipts, staff yelling at each other, cussing within earshot of customers, no clear procedures in place for food coming up being united with the correct order, and then the correct customer, window staff not knowing what the order was for the cars coming to the pick up window - they didn't seem to have a way to ID which order went with which car) was the worst I've seen at a McDonald's. There seemed to be a manager there because someone made a point to tell the staff they wanted to make sure my issue was resolved before he left; but there didn't seem to be anybody really in charge of these seemingly untrained, stressed, and struggling employees left without guidance). I can only wonder what happened when he did leave. They were ALL very kind to me and seemed to want to do a good job.

Read moreTerrible food and terrible customer service, I've literally been in line waiting inside and saw the girl on drive thru drop a customers order on the floor, scoop it back up and hand it to them with out a care in the world. The employees are rude and always occupied with their phones and not the customers. One night we came to get a single chicken nugget happy meal for my young daughter and they told us to leave, very rudely I might add, because their manager wasn't there so they were "closed" for the night. And this is a 24/7 Mcdonalds and it was only 9: 30. How incompetent do you have to be to not be able to make a chicken nugget happy meal? And if your "closed" you need to make it clear that you are closed rather than waste all of your customers time, because there were atleast 6 or 7 cars behind me that had to hear the same exact thing. Will not be coming back again for fear of getting my family or me extremely ill. The whole staff needs to replaced with some people with some brains that know how to do their jobs without being rude to their customers. Please avoid this place...
Read moreI've been living in the area for 5 years now, literally walking distance to this McDonalds. I have never left once from the drive thru with my complete order. Always something missing. Today 2-23-03 about 8 p.m. I drove thru, for the last time ever! I gave my order from the speaker and was told to hold on.......... about 5 minutes later, I gave my order again and drove to the window. At the window they didn't have the right order. I repeated my order and I was looked at like I had 2 heads. Another 5 minutes goes by and the guy with the headset on comes to the window and tells me I didn't give my order. A Fish Fillet with cheese Meal with a Coke is not that confusing. I told them forget it and would never return there and the guy with the headset on tells me "so go then, I have only 2 weeks left here".
