Nori Japan — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

They asked me if I wanted white rice or fried rice with my chicken & shrimp teriyaki. I said fried rice. Then they gave me yellow rice. Not the same thing at all. And the yellow rice was a little stale. I suppose that's partially my fault for not looking at the food prior to ordering. When Nori Japan first opened they were outstanding. Super attentive staff. Quality chicken without grizzle. Every order was fresh. A few years ago there was a drastic change in everything from the employees to the taste and quality of food. Not sure if it was a change in ownership or poor business decisions, but all around a loss of quality.

Attitude problem and basically stealing money by not giving amount of food ordered. Bought food here for a long time. Don’t understand why they’re being rude.
