Took my fiancé here for his birthday and we were both pretty disappointed. I called ahead to see if they do anything special for birthdays and the girl said they offer a free appetizer or dessert. I went ahead and made a reservation online noting it was for a birthday. Although we hit traffic and got there about 30 minutes late but we still had plenty of time according to their hours. Upon arrival there was no one at the host stand and we stood there for 5 minutes trying to get someone's attention although clearly visible to the bartender and 3 servers. We ended up calling and what seemed like the manager answered, told him we've been waiting and a waitress came over immediately. She was apologetic stating they were short staffed and had a birthday celebration and so everyone was in the back.. We were seated in the middle of the large room which seemed kind of awkward so we requested a booth. The waiter was extremely friendly and courteous although he seemed in a bit of a rush to greet and go. We were able to atleast give him a drink order before he walked away. He informed us they were out of all their Asian beers (4 kinds) which kind of bummed out my fiancé as he was looking forward to it. I ended up with a Peach Boba drink with no bobas and no explanation, I'm guessing they were out too and my fiance got the Pear Mojito which didn't seem like there was any alcohol in it at all for $13.50. We were quick to decide on food and for appetizers got the chicken lettuce wraps and the new popcorn chicken. The server was glad to offer a variety of dipping sauces for the popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken appetizer was $19 and the portion was fairly small(maybe a pint glass) although very crispy and pretty delicious. The lettuce wraps were also very tasty and the lettuce was fresh. For our entrees we got the Mongolian Beef and Orange Chicken dishes which both had very nice presentation and flavor. The chicken was again crispy and the orange flavor really came through. The beef was juicy, tender and had a delectable sauce. While we were there I took notice to the 6 other tables of parties of 3-5 and one larger table of 6-7 people that looked like the birthday celebration. I noticed the bartender only had one guest but the restaurant wasn't really that busy for a Tuesday night. At the end of the bar was a tray with a bunch of dishes and napkins that sat there for our entire meal, it looked messy and unkempt. While we were eating our entrees I noticed a manager come out from the back who hadn't been on the floor as of yet, he went immediately to do inventory of the wine bottles with his eyes glued to his tablet. The server did check in on us to see how our food was. The manager began having a conversation with our server right by our table about an interaction with a woman that I really wish was just kept off the restaurant floor. The manager went ahead to bus a table and sweep without really addressing any of the active tables still dining. As we were there for a celebration I expected a different experience. Towards the end of our meal we were asked if we wanted dessert to which I said no thank you, we were pretty full. I informed our server of my fiancés birthday and he was ecstatic for him which was pleasant, he then said I've got something special for you and proceeded to bring out a piece of chocolate cake with a giant sparkler in it. Of course we were happy to celebrate but I was a bit confused. The bill was presented and the cake was on the house which was nice but I was a bit boggled as we would have preferred one of our appetizers on the house. Additionally the salad wrap appetizer is advertised in front as a $10 special and we were charged full price. After speaking with our server the price was adjusted and we boxed up the cake to go as it was huge. Bill came to around $100 for two. Great food, good service on behalf of the server. 7-8 tables between 3 servers isn't all that much as I've waited tables before but I think the manager could be a little more present and helpful especially when they're...

Read moreWe waited 50 minutes for a table. The place was more than half empty inside and out (we assumed covid standards). We noticed half the tables outside were not cleared. When we came back at least half the tables outside were still not cleared. We were sat right away. But we noticed on our way to the table and once seated that more than half the place had tables that hadn't been cleared yet. This made us concerned for how the kitchen may be. They're were a lot of staff walking around. 2-3 people up front just to inform people of the wait. We had to stop a server to get a single paper menu for 3 of us, and he barely acknowledged us and we weren't sure if he was going to get it. No one ever came to even offer us water non the less take a drink order or food order. We watched as more people were sat, and only one table cleared. After 15 minutes, we decided we needed to leave. No one even acknowledged us to say sorry, or that someone would ever be with us. We stopped at the front of house and told them we were leaving and why. One girl said I'm sorry, and nothing more. A second said very pleasantly, okay! No one tried to make the situation right, they could have cared less. This was shocking from a major restaurant chain. I blame the management. We ended up going to five guys. It was clean, and the service was impeccable from 4 very young workers, who were efficient at getting food out while being extremely busy. Probably cause no one could get service at P.F....
