Bella's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Town of Cortlandt

It's a disappointment I personally would never recommend this place to anyone this was one of my regular go-to spots particularly for gluten-free pizza i tend to order via the slice app due to some negligence on their part they weren't updating the app each step of the way as it has been done many times before after some time I decided to call only to find out the pizza is sitting on my porch In the rain delivery driver called but didn't speak legible English I had to call him back to figure out why he was calling me after some time he gets out he's from bella and why he would have called me was for Bella's not that he was delivering my pizza or had delivered it keep in mind I'm sitting in my living room watching the game no doorbell rang he just dropped it and left and never updated the app that the delivery was complete tldr I called the person who answered the phone is very rude and ultimately I'm cutting my ties with this business I would advise you all to do the same this...

Beware when ordering food from Bella’s pizza! Just ordered food from there for delivery. An hour and a half later, no food showed up. We called the restaurant and they told us it was delivered a while ago and basically called my husband a liar when he said the food was not delivered. The guy at the restaurant contacted the driver who claims to have left the food at our house. We checked everywhere outside, even at the end of our driveway by the sidewalk. We have a ring camera on our driveway and another at our front door so we would have been notified on our phones if anyone pulled into the driveway or was at the front door dropping off food. When we told the restaurant this, the “manager” said there was nothing they can do and refused to deliver us new food. Will never order food...

I order the chicken francese lunch, the chicken parm lunch, and cheesecake. Couple special instructions like no tomatoes as I'm allergic. I got a smashed chicken francese, sauce all over everything. No cheesecake at all. And a few fresh tomatoes in the food for good luck 🙄 i really wanted the cheesecake....😭 I still have it a 4 star as i don't want to hurt the business but wrote this more to inform the consumer to be wary of delivery. I ordered through a 3rd party app but the restaurant has its own delivery people and it would seem the food had a seat on the floor the way this order showed up....and no one double checked before it left...
