Ok so it's been awhile since I ordered from this place due to them consistently messing up my order. Since its been awhile I thought maybe this issue would be fixed, Who was I kidding, I placed a order today and the same thing happened. I understand that human error happens and nobody's perfect. With that being said you have human error and then you have completed lack of attention to detail. If I order a BACON Double QP thats what I expect to receive. How do you forget to put Bacon on the Burger and that's the first word on the order. Not only did they forget the Bacon but they charged me for it That's completely unacceptable and at this point I'm starting to think it's done intentionally I hope I'm wrong. I advise whoever readings this to make sure you check you order before you leave the store and at this point I would completely be against placing a delivery order. Because if your not there then they can just do what they want with your order. Read moreI have approximately come here at least five times and every single time they have gotten my order wrong. One time they forgot to give me sauce for my order as well. Today was my 5th time coming there and I ordered a number to which is two cheeseburgers with fries and a soda. One cheeseburger and an egg sandwich. Literally every single time, they get my order wrong. The only reason why I come here simply because it's convenient and because it is open 24 hours and I come out of work relatively late at night when nothing else is open. I really wish that the people here would get it together. Although they are very nice, they need to be better at getting their orders correct. If I see any changes, perhaps I'll change my review but I stand to my two star review. Anyone that orders here, please check your order before driving away because I can guarantee you at least 90% of the time, it will be wrong!

Read moreOn 6/30/2023, I stopped by and tried to use the App. to order me a large black coffee from the deal menu. Instead of the number appearing on my phone, it said I had to wait 11 minutes to order. The cashier was very pleasant and tried to help. She was unable to get the order # to appear on my phone. She went to get her supervisor who was absolutely useless. She said she needed the # from my phone in order to place the order. I showed her my phone to show her how the app wanted me to wait. The supervisor said I had to pay the regular price of the item. I asked her, why should I have to pay the regular price because their app. wasn't working? I asked her why cant she ring up my coffee so I can pay the same price that I would have paid if the app. was working. She just kept looking at me telling me I had to pay the full price, which made no sense to me. Therefore I left without purchasing anything. I will never go to this or any other McDonald's again.
