Stopped t get 2 breakfast sandwiches this morning. The girl who took my order at the drive-thru didn't even greet us, she was totally void of personality and had to repeat my order 3 times as she didn't seem to understand my simple request. I was very specific as to what I wanted and when I got to the window I paid her and she handed me one of the items and said the other was still being made and will be out in 2-3 minutes. I pulled ahead and waited nearly 8-10 minutes and finally went inside to see what was going on. There were 3 girls behind the counter, ignored me for nearly a minute before acknowledging me. When one did notice me she didn't even ask what I wanted or if she could help me. I told her I wanted the rest of my order and asked for an explanation for the delay. She and the other 2 girls looked at my like I had 2 heads. I asked if someone was in charge, they did not respond. I asked to see a manager and still no response. One finally said your order is coming up soon. When the girl who took my order brought me the sandwich they handed it to me, no apology for the delay, just "here you go". They were totally indifferent to the entire situation. When I returned to my car I realized that the order was not right but I was so annoyed by lack of service I got I did not bother going back in. This is no way to run a business and I hope someone in charge sees this and takes some sort of action to correct this poor customer service. I will be passing the word to others on my negative experience...
Read moreWorst experience ever. And normally Wendy’s is one of the better chains. Wanted to stop for a quick bite. Was a walk-in, dine-in order. 6-year old daughter ordered her meal, cashier (probably 20-year old girl, seemed out of it, but polite) took the order. My wife ordered hers, I ordered mine. My wife got a combo with med fries/ drink. I ordered mine- large. Everything with no cheese. Restaurant wasn’t busy, so while we waited, we picked our table, started to get condiments, napkins, noticed their ketchup pump was empty. Asked cashier for ketchup, she tossed a bin of (no joke) 5 ketchup packets on the counter... took those... 10 mins later food came up. Kid got 2 toys- oh well. 2 medium sized meals, my sandwich didn’t have anything on it, like lettuce tomato, onion. Everything with cheese. Go back up, tell them. Attitude, no cheese burgers received, little dispute on wether or not my sandwicH SHOULD have lettuce tomorrow and onion.... lol... But after looking at the gigantic picture of it in their window they had no choice. Saw about 2 more people coming in to dispute their orders. Get it together. Was going to call their corporate office but wasn’t...
Read moreMe and my girlfriend were hungry so we looked at the places to eat nearby that would be open past 10. A lot of the fast food places had bad reviews; really bad reviews.
But after debating the options she was insistent we stopped and we decided on Wendy's. Mostly because it'd be the cheapest place to have a bad experience out of the options. Damage control basically.
Took about 20 minutes to get our order pulled up. There was one car ahead of us and it took the majority of the time for them to get called up. That was a little annoying but was whatever since it was 10:30ish at that point.
We got our drinks and food, drinks were fine and even got straws so figured it'd be a good experience in the end. We figured we'd finish our drive home off since we weren't super far away and could eat without worrying about spilling food anywhere.
Got home a handful of minutes later and started to open the food up. Half of my food was missing. Her order was fine but half of my food was just missing.
After the lengthy wait and confirming the order multiple times to have food missing is just not...
