Read moreThe first time we dined here at the end of August 2021, we had a surprisingly good experience. Great dishes and generous amount of food. We loved this place so much that we made it a promise to reserve a table every time we were to be in the Hamptons. Which happened to be today (November 2021). We ordered the same exact dishes we ordered in August, but this time it wasn’t quite the same. To start off, the portions were unarguably smaller, which could have been fine with us if the quality had been unchanged. Sadly, the food was not as great and distinctive as a couple of months ago. The duck was a bit overcooked, and the chicken was less flavorful than before. Don’t get me wrong, it was still good and enjoyable, but not comparable to the quality we had previously experienced, something that didn’t sit quite well with us considering it’s not the cheapest place to dine. We politely shared this feedback with the manager in suit, who seemed to be uninterested to hear what his customers have to say. He almost just shrugged our words away like they were a waste of time. We even showed him the pictures we took of the same exact food in August for comparison, and the only thing he has to say was that probably they were taken a long time ago.And he didn’t even try to compensate in any way to make us feel worthy of nothing less than the best experience. Sorry to say they lost...
Read morebusiness reported my previous review so I am reposting this again If I could give 0 stars I would. We were discriminated against in this place. You will be talked down on, stared at, and the employees themselves will be talking crap about you amongst each other. Was just there this past Saturday 3/29 for my friend's bachelorette weekend. We were all dressed nicely, not rowdy and just out for dinner. The waitress was so condescending. At one point we asked for calamari and she told us "it isn't the calamari that you think." That alone is unnecessary as HOW DO YOU KNOW I DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS CALAMARI? as if that wasn't enough, she stared at us with such disgust the entire time and was talking crap about us to the other employee. We felt very uncomfortable and I made sure to let them know on my way out. Aimee C was our server. The restaurant reached out to me because I posted them on my instagram which has thousands of followers and asked to make it up to us. I replied that we are not interested but by reading another review from 3 weeks ago, I now see this place has a much bigger problem....
