Read moreI don’t understand how this place works. Our server had no enthusiasm to be a server. Seems like he hated his job. We ordered our food, but it wasn’t in a way that we enjoyed it. We sat there and received all our food at once. Pasta, seconds, salad, pizza all on a table that only should fit two people. We were 4 people. The waiter seemed to not remember our food orders or any detail of what is on the plates. Just because it’s a holiday you shouldn’t rush customers and then on top of that lie to them. He told us our food would take 30-40mins, but then we recieved everything at once. We ordered hot antipasto ( wasnt on the menu) all it came with is 4 stuff clams, a mushroom & a shrimp. I went to complain and the manager told us it also came with fried calamari. Mine you we ordered fried calamari as a side order. So how do I know that if the server never explained it. You charge $35 for hot antipasto & you have servers who can’t explain or even acknowledge this. Any other Italian restuartant, hot antipasto comes with eggplant, stuff mushrooms, shrimp, calamari & zucchini or something…. Our dish came with more lettuce then anything else. The glass of water and friend calamari were amazing. The table is smaller...
Read moreI recently had another wonderful experience at Ciao’s Restaurant with a party of five. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the manager, Benny, who made us feel right at home. Our servers, Gent and Bim, provided exceptional service throughout the evening, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable.
We started our meal with a lovely complimentary spread of pita bread, feta cheese, and assorted olives, which set the tone for what was to come. For our starters, we indulged in the thin crust pizza and fried zucchini—both were absolutely delicious!
Next, we enjoyed a fresh salad followed by our main dishes: salmon piccata, branzino meraciera, filet mignon, and fettuccine Alfredo. Each dish was so exquisite that it was difficult to choose a favorite; they were all outstanding!
To wrap up our delightful dinner, we savored some delectable desserts paired with coffee. The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, combined with the attentive service, made for a perfect evening.
As returning customers, we always leave Ciao’s Restaurant satisfied and looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic...
