This is by far the worse McD's I have ever been to. I think it is more a problem with the ownership and management that doesn't care. I used to work at a McD's 40+ years ago, and I remember it being a place that valued speed, cleanliness, quality, and customer service. None of those values exist today.
The prices here are significantly higher than any other McD's I have gone to, this includes one's that are located inside airports, where you would expect higher prices. Those higher prices at this location doesn't get you better service or anything else.
Anytime I go to the drive thru, it can be a 20 minute or longer wait to even place my order. It is obvious that the store is very under staffed and poorly trained, and they just don't care. The manager's office is visible from the drive thru window, and often you can see the manager sitting there looking at their phone. I can remember when the manager was actively operating the store and pitching in wherever needed to get things done.
I think if you can't operate the store up to minimal standards you should close it. Truthfully the only reason I go there is because my granddaughter wants a happy meal, otherwise I would avoid this place...

The woman who handed off our order at the window was extremely rude and snapped at us when we asked for condiments. That was just the beginning. We ordered 2 of the same type of sandwich — one of them had what appeared to be a hair under the sandwich, and the other was so stale the bun was shriveled down to about 3/4 the size it should’ve been and was as hard as a brick. The bun was cold, the fish on the inside was warm, so someone intentionally put that sandwich together knowing it was beyond stale. I can’t fathom handing that off to another human being to consume. We called customer service and they sent us vouchers for free meals — the catch is we have to use them at the SAME location. We told them we were traveling through, so obviously we can’t go back to the same location. On top of that, why would we ever trust food from that location again? I might as well have torn up the twenty dollars I spent on those meals because in the end we had to throw them out, and we can’t use the vouchers. Save your money and go...
Read moreI normally prefer the Burger King right next to this location for breakfast, but I was hungry for a couple Sausage McMuffins so I decided to stop by. This location can't do an iced coffee that tastes right, so I opted for the Mocha Frappe instead, which costs nearly $5. I waited forever to order, then waited even longer for my two sandwiches and drink. The person (presumably) making the frappe stood behind the counter holding the empty cup and regaled her co-workers with plenty of tales about inept employees, and what she was planning to buy from the WalMart the next time she paid a visit.
Once she wandered over to the machine to mix the drink, she asked: "IS THIS VANILLA OR WHAT?" No one knew, because they had already cleared the order from the screen. (Which makes it look like they are processing orders faster than they actually are.)
So I ended up getting a vanilla drink with the cup/lid drenched in caramel sauce. And instead of Sausage McMuffins, they gave me a couple of Egg...
