Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Glenville

I had a few bad experiences at the competition, I did not want to go to other drive thru options for lunch because the coffee is always terrible. So I decided to give Starbucks a try, but I wasn't sure if they sold lunch. I now buy the ham sandwich or an egg wrap. I have always preferred the coffee, my go to cheat is a five pump mocha latte.

So great product, but the service is impeccable! There is a perception of Starbucks employees being snobby and judgy, these folks at this location break that stereotype. They are warm and endearing, and they actually want to engage in a conversation with you outside of the transaction. Sometimes pleasantries make a big difference. I also really like that the employees aren't trying to stuff bags of food in my face while I'm putting the receipt in my wallet. I feel rushed all the time as a consumer especially two in two particular places; the grocery store (those self-checkout lines omg!) and at drive thru windows.

Whoever Your general manager is at this location, they are doing a phenomenal job! You need every Starbucks to operate like this...

I visit this Starbucks everyday and can not say enough good things about it !!! Every morning bright & early I’m greeted by Hannah, Cora & the manager Katie with a warm welcome !! They are amazing & make my day , as well as several o of my friends!!! I also go in the afternoon too where I see Ryan & Alex who are nice & friendly too !! I travel a lot & this store is by far the best one ever, I’ve even been to Seattle twice too ( that was great too ) ! Please let them all know how special they are & appreciated!!! All the employees there are always accommodating & treat you like you’re the only one there !! It’s very clean & organized also !! Thank you...

Clean and friendly atmosphere, excellent customer service, and delicious coffee! Starbucks could only be better if they started providing these new ecofriendly Cup Cucoon™ sleeves instead of wasteful single-use cardboard sleeves.
