I’m a frequent Dunkin customer and the College Ave location consistently has the worst customer service. Every time I come here, I get attitude — at the drive-thru and at the counter.
Today I ordered a large blueberry refresher with lemonade. They handed me the wrong drink, rolled their eyes when I politely corrected it, and told me to pull ahead without an apology. The staff openly ignored each other while remaking it, and the entire interaction was rude and unprofessional.
This isn’t a one-off. On a previous visit, I ordered a drink they didn’t have and the employee snapped, “We clearly don’t have that. It’s not on the menu.” When I took a moment to choose something else, she said, “Are you going to hurry up and order?”
For comparison, the Calumet location is fantastic — friendly, fast, and professional. So I know the issue here is not Dunkin as a whole, it’s this location.

First off, the woman with the septum piercing and the trash hand tattoo told me that dunkins didn't serve "Hibiscus Tea" when literally the item was listed on the menu behind her. After she took my order, she walked away to the drive thru window... She didn't work on my order, nor did she tell any of the other workers to start working on my order. I stood there for six minutes watching the tall African-American girl standing there doing absolutely NOTHING. Finally, a shorter blonde woman helped us, asking if I was waiting for something...Like no, i'm just here to watch you girls "work"? And the best part, after I got my latte and arrived home, that's when I noticed the coffee only filled HALF of my cup! Your clerk’s snippy attitude telling me to wait to order (replying “I SAID wait” when I tried to order upon approaching the DT - her comment was the FIRST thing I heard) pushed me straight to KwikTrip. When you continually get drinks and other orders wrong (coffee prepared incorrectly, no Boston Crème in the morning and not being told this until after we paid and were ushered to the second window to wait, 50+ holes order many were dry and stale, I could go on and on) and have horrible wait times inside because everyone is focused on the drive through, you lose habitual customers.
