Fazoli's — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

Today me and my family visited Fazoli's expecting good food.. we didn't get that. As soon as we walked inside the place seemed old but that doesn't always mean bad food so we decided to try it. My mother got Alfredo and my father got spicy penne as I got boneless wings and my brother got pizza and we got mozzarella bites as a appetizer. My mother couldn't eat 2 bites of her food because there was paper stuck to it and had disgusting tasting mushrooms (she loves mushrooms so normally she doesn't complain about them) whilst my father said there was no flavor to his just spice, I thought the boneless wings were okay but I would have rather just eaten McDonald's nuggets... My brother was the only one to enjoy his food but I tried some and it was practically only dough and cheese no sauce! I haven't even mentioned the mozzarella bites, they were greasy and gross. That's only talking about the food, the tables were sticky, the chairs were uncomfortable, and the silverware wasn't the best(it was low quality metal that made me wish they had plastic forks/spoons). My father also wasn't happy with how the waiter seemed, he said that the waiter looked and acted like he had been on something... I didn't notice this but my father seemed upset with this. Well..... You know..... I haven't been to Zoli in a while, you know how it is, but I was really having a strong hankerin for that sodium stick that'd give me another pulmonary at the age of 22. I wouldn't complain though, the bread sticks are as good as I remember. The meal overall was more expensive than I would have expected but hey, it's 2023 eggs are 5 bucks a dozen, it's a mad house you know what I mean. Good lawwwd though the customer experience was muy Bien, as Italians would say, Michelle had us covered at every turn and I could see her diligently scrubbing the alfredo off of them tables, looked so clean I'd eat my carbonara off of it. Undeniably she was the star of the show, helping eeeerrebody out in the dining room offering a friendly chuckle all while cleansing the dining room like the good Lord cleanses your soul. Jumping Jesus on a pogo stick, I swear it was cleaner than some hospital with and ebola cleaning crew. Absolutely disgusted with Fazoli’s!!!!! Two weeks ago I was double charged about $35 when my family stopped in for dinner. I’ve called, stopped in, filled out a contact me form on their website, and I’m straight up being ignored! I keep being told a higher up manager will be calling me to resolve this issue but they clearly are not. Our food was not enjoyable by any means, my husbands side of celery actually had a long dark hair wrapped up in it! 🤮 Also when leaving there wasn’t a single clean table for people to sit at. Honestly surprised you’re still in business, and beyond disappointed the only thing I can do at this point is tell everyone how horribly you’ve treated your guest. Will not ever be back if this continues to go uncorrected.

Editing to say I have contacted the manager and was promised a check refund in the mail along with some coupons…. Still waiting for these to arrive almost 2 weeks after emailing and just about a month after the initial incident. Totally unacceptable and disappointing to have such poor...
