This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's and honestly will be my last. I ordered my sub and it was made fast, however, the sub was on the wrong type of bread, I had customized my order. Now I'm normally not one to complain, but once I started eating and needed a drink, I grabbed my bottled soda I ordered and it was p*ss warm. Again, I'm not normally one to complain, but it's 90 degrees outside yesterday. Third and lastly, these are the napkins they included with my order.

There’s so much competition in the ‘sub industry’ today and certain companies are really trying to do their best to separate themselves from the competition, Jersey Mike’s does that. Their ingredients are amazingly fresh, the ‘cherry pepper relish’ is an excellent topping for a sub, the bread is good and overall, and they are competitively priced, but they have a great product. Been here many times, and this is one of my ‘Go-to’s’.

I called ahead at this location to see if they accepted apple pay because my debit card is still coming in the mail, and when i arrived at the store and went to pay, the card reader didn’t want to accept my apple payment. i had no other form of payment on me and i felt so bad:(( instead of sending me home disappointed, they still gave me the sandwich i ordered even tho i was unable to pay, and they were really understanding about the situation!! I'm visiting from Las Vegas, NV where hospitality and service is top notch and this was my first time going to Jersey Mikes. The food was delicious but I was most impressed by the friendly service from the staff working the shift on Monday Dec. 21st at 3pm at the mall drive location in Appleton.
