I ordered food and was sitting directly across from the display counter and one of the employees took a blower and blew all of the dust from under the counter directly into the space where I was sitting, creating a huge cloud of dust! I said something to the employees twice and each time they ignored me and said nothing. This was around 4:30 in the afternoon when it happened. Read moreWas meeting a business associate who had paid for my coffee when I arrived. Went to counter to pick it up. The clerk, who was training someone, said no cup had been paid for. I said that the gentleman outside had purchased a cup of coffee for me. She yelled out "Did anyone sell a cup of coffee to be picked up" all staff said no. The associate went inside and found the employee who had taken his credit card for the purchase and he had to be reimbursed. Embarrassing for several. Inconvenient. At least keep your lobby open for mobile pick up orders so we’re not waiting 20 minutes in drive thru. Oh and your phones don’t work so I had to call Starbucks customer support….
