Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Greece

Came in with them still open for 30 minutes. Was told I could only order a smoothie cause their kitchen is closed. While waiting for my smoothie I watched the get food online orders and they started prepping it. I asked why was I told their kitchen was closed if it clearly wasn't. Then was told they were doing online orders only. I replied with fine I guess I will order my food online. Person cooking food said to other workers, man I don't need this job she really gonna order food huh. I asked which was the manager and what their names were. They refused to give me their names and said they were both managers. Person cooking said she would refuse to make my food if I ordered and the person who was making the smoothies had to reassure me my food would be made if I placed an order. She then burnt my quesadilla and gave me banana that was already...

I’ve visited this establishment multiple times recently, and each time has been a disappointment. The quality is inconsistent—my drinks always taste different, and the only time they’re even close to how they should be is when the tall white girl is working. The food is often overcooked or comes in disappointingly small portions. When I asked them to remake it that always make excuses. So disappointing.

The cleanliness is also a major issue—the floors are always dirty. On top of that, the employees frequently wear large headphones and don’t seem to notice when customers enter. It’s clear that one hardworking employee is carrying most of the workload while the rest provide poor service when I come in at night.

Overall, I can’t recommend this place. Until management addresses these problems, I’d suggest...

I'm very disappointed with the service of this place. I ordered 2 smoothies online and when I picked them up, the young lady that went to give them to me told the girl who made them about how much she shorted my smoothie and the girl shrugged her shoulders like she didn't care. I was asked by the young lady that was very helpful if I wanted them to remake it and I told her "No it's fine, she has a horrible attitude ".
