Super long drive through 20 minutes to be exact, I kindly ask if it was possible to get a complimentary free drink for waiting so long the Manger said sorry there's nothing we can do about it other people was waiting too we were busy... I worked at busy fast food places for 5 years out my life and i was a crew leader, evrey time something was outrageously wrong and the customer had a complaint, I made it right by offering them something to make up for the inconvenience to show my appreciation that i care , I know everyone is not entitled to do that but if this is about customer service they fail the customers needs bad and make them not want to come back which I'm not .... plus the chicken breast was very small too and very bland not worth 12 bucks and the waiting time, very overated place if it was up to me I'll give it...

I went through the drive through and bought a 12 count nugget meal, I upgraded to a chicken tortilla soup instead of fries for $5.68 extra and this is what I received. I called back to speak with a manager to ask if this is the amount that they put in the cup for the extra cost. He (Ryan) said no it should have been more and that I could bring it back and he would replace it. I explained to him that I live 22 minutes away and would not drive back tonight. He insisted that I would have to bring the soups back in order to be compensated for it. I can't believe that he insisted on me driving back 22 minutes at night to be replaced! We're in a pandemic!
