irst time at a Shake Shack. I ordered the ShackBurger, fries, and a Black and White shake. The moment I tried to order at the self-checkout, I was uncomfortably rung up by someone rather than doing it myself, which is preferred at a self-checkout station. The burger bun was cold to the touch, untoasted, and the bottom bun was so greasy it felt like touching a sponge. The burger meat was underseasoned and overall, the burger was underwhelming and not worth the price. The fries and shake were awesome and worth the price. I was approached 5 times sitting in the lobby by almost frantic service people. They were just doing their job for what appeared to be a manager sitting in the corner eagle-eyeing everyone and doing nothing, but it was so over the top and pushy that I will never go back to this location again. I was greeted at the door by a friendly attendant who encouraged me to use the kiosk but also invited me to use the counter when ready. I used the kiosk, which was very user friendly. All our item variations were easy to identify and select. The food came out hot and fresh in under ten minutes. The burger was just what we expected from shake shack burger. It was delicious. But the fries were the real stars. They were crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy On the inside and salted perfectly. The restaurant was very clean and it was nice to see customers of all ages enjoying the dining room and outside patio. I typically don't use chain restaurants. But when the family wanted burgers driving past the shake shack was going to be virtually impossible. When we visit Greece again, we will be back...

It’s unacceptable that it took 45 min to get 4 milkshakes and one small scoop of custard in a cup. Ordered at 4:45 pm and didn’t get my order until 5:31pm. People that came after me were getting their orders before I did. I had to ask where my order was and then they got it ready for me. If I didn’t ask they probably wouldn’t have gotten it ready. Was just sitting there. Ice creams is warm. They should have remade them but didn’t even offer. Maybe if the kid at the front wasn’t pretending to hit all the other employees he could have been concentrating on getting the orders out quickly. I won’t be back. The banana pudding shake was warm and jiggly like jello. Nasty taste and texture. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied. Waste of money. And they charge extra for whip cream. Pay...
