Crumbl — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

Yesterday I ordered cookies from crumbl through door dash. I placed my order at 7:26. I arrived at 7:50 as the app said my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived there was no one at the counter to help me. Finally, when I got a worker's attention they said they would check on it. I asked 3 times and after the 3rd time, they said I had to wait 10 minutes as one of the cookies I ordered wasn't ready. I went and ran another errand and came back. The girl that told me 10 minutes was now on break and once again no one was at the counter to help me. Finally, when I got a worker's attention she told me I had to wait another 7 minutes for the cookie to be ready. I explained to her that I already waited 10 minutes. She just walked away. As I was waiting I heard her talking about me to another worker stating that I was not there before and that no one told me I had to wait 10 minutes. Once the cookie I was waiting for was finished I watched them complete other people's orders and leave my box to the side. She finally placed the cookie in the box without frosting on it. Another girl comes over and puts the frosting on it while the cookie was in the box making it get on the other cookies. My box was complete at this point and just sitting on the counter. Finally, after 5 more minutes, someone hands me the box at 8:40. They did not ask if the order was correct as they did with all of the previous customers. I was extremely taken aback by how the employees treated their customers. Maybe crumbl should do a better job of picking who they hire. Needless to say, I will never...

Reading through the reviews, I realized someone had a similar experience as me. I work for Grubhub and went to pick up an order. I arrived at the designated time. The young lady working at the pickup station has a 5 min chit chat with one of the guests while the line backed up. When she finished her convo she tried to run away before I grabbed her attention but I was quick enough….I show her my order she says “ok” then proceeds to help 7 other people who came in, ordered, and received their orders meanwhile my order was placed before they walked in. I proceed to ask her again then she ignores me and helps 3 other people. I didn’t get my order until I called Grubhub support and stayed on the line with them until they made the order. At this point the restaurant was empty and they were cleaning…and still took a few minutes of me waiting with customer support before they finally gave me my order. Crumbl cookies is amazing, right when you get in you can smell the cookies, then you go to one of the kiosks, (they only have one that accepts cash all others are card/applepay or phone money) you select your cookies and checkout and then someone will come over to accept your money if you pay cash. Right by the register they have the cookies of the week on display so you can see what you’re getting. The cookies are affordable and large and they come to you in a pink box. You wait for your name to get called to get your cookies and that’s it. Service is quick and easy as long as it’s not busy but I’ve never waited more then ten minutes the cookies themselves are a hit or miss but that’s all up to you on personal taste preferences, I like their hot cookies as well as the cool cookies, my favorites being Oreo with cream cheese, and the chocolate mousse pie one.
