I've glanced at this in-store area in the past while shopping at H-Mart but actually ate there for the first time yesterday. I now understand why it's always packed and was very lucky to have gotten a table. There are a few different stations, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and plenty of choices, some familiar from ordering in Chinese and others most of us have never even heard of. Everything is cooked to order. You order and pay, get a ticket, and they call your number when it's ready. It's a self-serve method, you pick up your tray and return it when done. We had our food within 10 minutes and now I get it. Plates and bowls come heaped with food, hot and delicious. One of the items we tried had way too much salt for me, but that didn't stop me from enjoying that as well. Will not be doing this all the time but once in a while it will be a fun and tasty way...
