I was looking for a place for my daughter’s first birthday and came across Gymtime Place. From the start, everything was smooth sailing. I asked about dates, pricing, number of guests, decorations, etc. and Emily responded quickly with full details. They worked to accommodate all of our needs. We were expecting to have 15 or less kids and ended up with 22 kids RSVPing ranging in ages from 3 months to 10 years old. I was a little afraid that the older kids might not have enough to do, but everyone had a great time! They even helped us by ordering extra food for the adults. The decorations were great and when we realized we forgot a candle (total parent fail) they jumped right in and found one for us. My daughter had the best time. All of the parents complimented us on a great party because the kids all had a blast. We were very happy with everything. We had randomly found this place on Google and went with our gut without having been there before and only going by the reviews. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. The place was spotless — they even disinfected all the surfaces before we went in to ensure everything was perfectly clean and safe for the kids. You can really tell they care about families and creating a fun, worry-free environment.

My 4 year old daughter had her birthday party at Gymtime Place last weekend and it was the best experience! Yesceli and her team ensured that the birthday girl along with all of her little friends felt super special!

The activities were perfect for the kids. The facilities were clean and the customer service was top notch. They took care of everything and even took care of me as mom when the morning before the start of the party was rough for various reasons. They were empathetic and understanding and made sure to not only make it the best experience for my daughter, but also for me. Nice to see a business leading with humanity first.
