Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

I love my Dukin run but not at this place. I've gone a few times in hope that it will get better but everytime it's a disappointment. My latte/coffee is constantly made wrong or itctakes 15 munutes for them to make 1 latte. I pay the extra for almond and everytime I'm given milk or cream. There's been a few times where I have to turn back around and return it. I was given attitude or told I was wrong. That they made with almond milk. I know my milk and how it taste. But after today I'm just tired of having my morning coffee made wrong. There's no hope in this location. It safe to say I won't be going back to that...

That branch of dunkin donut , at Elmsford, is a mess. I stopped by yo pick up my order, when I got home I realize that I didn't receive the full order that I paid for. When I called the store, the guy was so unprofessional and asking me to drive back if I need my refund, although I reminded him that I used my card for the purchase. It seems like they make it a habit of missing out items. It is a long way to have to drive back to the store when I am already home after a having a long night, at work. Easily accessible from the main road Malabar, about a half mile from I-95 Exit 173 heading west. Parking is slim but it does have a few Handicap accessible vehicles. They have a drive thru and most days works well.

It was well staffed with friendly employees who were adhering to all COVID GUIDELINES as required.

The store was clean and they have Bathrooms which were open and clean.

They have the normal Dunkin fare it was well stocked and our order was prepared as requested and was fine,...
