Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

I live very close to this location and I have accidentally gone here a few times over the past 8 years. I have found their donuts to be stale, even when I go early in the morning on weekends.

I have also tried their donuts during lunchtime, and I also noticed that the donuts tasted stale.

Not only are their donuts stale in texture (dry and crumbles), but whatever oil they make thie donuts in taste old and rancid too often.

i got munchkins from here as a treat for my students, and they all took one, and then none of them went back for seconds.

In contrast, the DD in Scarsdale has donuts that are fresh.

The employees here are always acting like they are in over their heads (the girl making the box for the munchkins that I bought didn't close/fix the flap on the bottom of the box, and munchkins just fell out. When I pointed this out, she sighed, made another box, and dumped the munchkins from old box into the new box. She ALSO did not completely fix the bottom flaps of the box, so it was again gaping open and munchkin about to fall out. I sighed this time, and then turned the box sideways and then fixed the bottom flap, she saw me do this, but didn't even...

On 8/7/16, I went there at 9:45PM; 15 minutes before closing time. As I pull up, they turn the lights off. I get out and see two employees inside, one mopping the other conversing with another employee. I knock on the window, they look right at me, ignoring me. I knock again. This time, no acknowledgment. It's now 9:50PM and an employee comes out to empty the garbage. I say excuse me FOUR times. She turns and says "what?". I say you're open for another 10 minutes, why are you closing AND ignoring me? She says "what?" again. I repeat what I said and she says "we are closing early". Turns out, they were short staffed. And that is my problem how? It's not like you have a line out the door? If you state your hours are until 10pm, then you're open TILL 10PM. I am a customer on an almost daily basis; they've been nasty on a few occasions when ordering coffee; who cares, just give me my coffee I paid for. But THIS? Inexcusable. It's bad business. And to be rude on top of it? Not happening. You don't want your job? Someone else will gladly do it and stick to the times your open. I work for the State, and will gladly tell all I know to...

Under New Ownership, New hires under 25 running this store like it belongs to themselves. No professionalism, no proper training, not having their minds on the business at hand, charging customers for orders placed by nearby customer right or left. Goofing off, not taking business seriously, no supervision by any professional. Watched a customers daughter take a birthday cake number off hanger, walked right out the door, These kids have no skills, no professionalism, garbage fills above full height. Flies and yellow jackets plight this business, landing on donuts, unsanitary cutting boards, They dont care should you ? I won't be patronizing this store in my future. Children feel if a customer has not entered their store within an hour of closing, they will prepare closing the store. This is why Tranied professionals are the place to go.
