Subway — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

I placed my order for delivery on the subway app and after almost an hour of waiting and no update on the status of my order I called the restaurant. Im then told they have no one to deliver it and that they cant do anything about it because they just work there.

I then ask since its not going to be delivered if they can just decline or cancel the order on their end because its their mistake and because I cant do it on my end and Im told its too late because the sandwich is already made. I ordered it under the promise that it would be delivered, if delivery isnt available then decline the orders or disable the service to begin with.

The man I spoke to kept arguing with me that the sandwich is made so there is no refund. How is it my fault that you guys have no way to deliver it when you state that your location can? I was cordial through out the whole process and yet the man hung up on me when he refused to give me a refund for...

Used to be a go-to for me on my bike rides on the Putnam County trail until today when I strolled in and the guy working freaked out about me bringing my bicycle inside.
