Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

I’m only being nice because they actually of one employee.

When you enter a restaurant you expect everyone to at least have a decent work habit. Not over here in Elmsford. The other day I witnessed someone slipping and almost falling on the floor. When the lady left they all started laughing. They all seem like they don’t want to work at THEIR DEAD END FAST FOOD JOB BECAUSE OTHER PLACES WON’T hire them due to their snobby attitude. The manager or whomever the lady wearing all black was being extremely unprofessional complaining about coupons that Wendy’s (their company) provides to their loyal customer. Yesterday (August 1, 2018). After I had gotten my food and sat down started eating. The manager or whomever the “lady with glasses” approached me (after she had taken my coupon (i received from Middletown’s wendys) for a free combo meal, she approached me and said that oh normally we don’t take these kind of coupons. The way she said it is as if she was doing me a “favor” for a 7 dollar meal...really...really..... The entire vibe and overall presentation of the place is...

This is a very busy Wendy's so be prepared to wait, and be prepared for the car queue to extend into traffic on both sides to get into one entrance in a busy street. There is a but of parking (20 spots or so). When it is as busy as I mentioned above, your best bet is to go in to order. This time, I stayed in drive-thru because I had little ones with me. The service was good; good hot and tasted fresh. I'm disappointed Wendy's changed the 4 for 4 to where you have no choices-- it's bacon burger only. Anyway, love the new add of Strawberry frostie (wish they added some real pieces of strawberries in our have an option for it). Overall, our food was great and well packed in the bag. The outside of the restaurant was fairly clean. Some of the Wendy's staff (2 makes) came out for break and/or to take the garbage out, and I observed one seeing a piece of litter and picking it...

Went today for their breakfast menu because I just love Wendy's and wanted to try it with my family. I pulled up threw the drive threw bcc fand order 2 meals for my mother and I and asked if they had a kids breakfast meal and the lady that was taking the orders said no and I assume she forgot to press mute or so I wouldn't hear and she said look at the menu and said than said bit ch but she thought I did not hear her but I actually did and it was the manager she is some. If lady she looks like a man and she has been their for years and is nasty to her co workers as well. I give 1 rating because of how poor customer service they have their and that lady is rude and nasty but Wendy's food overall is...
