Let’s talk about this and please share it.. calling out Dominos in Hudson NY. My son orders $34 worth of food. The pizza looks like it was dipped in grease. It’s inedible. He calls back to complain. The Manager tells him there is nothing they can do yet on their pizzas box it states 100% guaranteed satisfaction. He was not satisfied he did not receive a refund nor another pizza. He was told to call back the next day. So he called back only to be told by the SAME manager (Carmella Rawls)that there was nothing they could do and not to call the store again… during this exchange the manager also told him that they do not need to go by what it says on the box because they are not corporate.. in all my years of being a restaurant manager / chef I have never ever heard that you do not have to satisfy a paying customer if it is within your power to do so… dominos you need to get it together. Shame on you. Poor customer service, poor quality of food. I therefore am boycotting dominos in Hudson…. I suggest you all do the same … Please...
Read more40 minutes after I got notified that my order was out for delivery (a 5 minute drive), I got a text from a random person saying that the driver just gave him my order instead of theirs. After I called to complain about the wait the other customer informs me that the driver came back and picked up my order from his house, which said driver then attempted about 2 minutes later to give to me...after it had been inside the other persons house...during a global pandemic. I turned him away to go cook me a fresh order (which the manager on the phone had told me was the plan but hadn't apparently told the driver). Had the other customer not reached out to me to inform me of the situation then I would have had no idea that the driver was trying to give me food that had been left inside a strangers house. To call me displeased and disappointed in the service is beyond an understatement.
The fact that there was barely a drizzle of sauce on half of my wings and none at all on the rest was just icing...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience. $30 on 2 medium pizzas, after using deals/coupons Only half one of the pizzas was reasonably edible. The one was a burnt cracker less than .25" thick including crust, supposed extra cheese, and pepperoni. Brown, dried, and curling in on itself. The slices were half the size of a standard kitchen fork and felt like just dried out tar. Tried drowning in ranch and hot sauce and still remained dried, chewy and difficult to swallow. Overall, I don't expect much from a chain but this was unbelievable... that someone would send this level of garbage out the door. A normal $5 pizza from Little Caesars and Hungry Howie's is so much better and more substantial. Honestly had better experiences with a carefully cooked Totino's party pizza. Included pics for posterity even tho they do a disservice, making the pizza look considerably better than it was
Waiting on a response from the owner. ...
