We went to our local Taco Bell in Hudson, New York on Tuesday evening March 17th 2020. I was somewhat surprised to see no one to take the order. After waiting several minutes I decided maybe I should you the kiosk. Using the Kiosk for the first time was not easy but I did successfully place my order and chose to pay cash at counter. A young fellow appeared to take my money with very little personality and I am sure did not meet any dress code. We waited a very long time for our food so the wife decided to order a side of coleslaw when another gentleman had used the kiosk and chose to pay at the counter. She jumped in before the customer left to order the side of coleslaw. While waiting for our food another you fellow came in to stand at the counter to place an order and waited much longer than I would have waited. It is clear to me why the two kiosks were installed. We got our take out to get home to find our $2.00 cup of coleslaw was a tiny styrofoam cups of coleslaw you get with a fish meal. My wife called the store for approximately 1.5 hours calling every five minutes to get no one to pick up the phone. I sent a very nasty review to Taco Bell corporate and then noticed a phone number for customer service. I called the number to find they were there from 9:00 - 5:00 E.S.T. with no way to leave a message. I have found this location to be a horrible place to do business with and the constantly changing staff is extremely slow. I believe that corporate can not fix this problem and obviously does not care too. Please note that you cannot order Long Johns Silver from the kiosk. So if you choose to order food from that portion of the menu be prepared for a long wait. My suggestion is to take your business to another...

It has happened 3 times in the last year including again tonight. Now in July 2022 the problem has remained with having hot sauce not in the bag. Also they don't put napkins and forks for food that forks into the bags. Updated 12/30/2022 - Again I used the App. It took over 30 minutes from thr time I placed the order. I still had to drive there after placing the order. I waited in line a while but at the window I was handed a drink which wasn't part of my order. The told to pull around and wait. I waited about another 15 minutes. During this time there was a patron was standing outside the doors smoking. There is no posting with notification of No Smoking within 25 feet of entrances and exits. So he stood there smoking where others would have to walk past him to get in and out of sight of the doors. It was a strange day of weather. 54° at 630pm on December 30th in The North East. Therefore I had my car window down. Last week at the same time it was in the 20s. Additionally the food wasn't up to par. I ordered soft taco supreme without any customization BUT THERE WERE ONIONS on it. I can't eat onions. Ruined my meal. Was settled in for the night so I didn't go back and complain to have it correct. UPDATE 7/6/23. Food is typical for Taco Bell although not everything has been eaten yet. As usual the order wasn't correct. The cinnamon twists are NOT IN THE BAG. Rarely do I get a compete order via drive-thru. I have had the cinnamon twists absent from my order. Read moreif i could give 0 stars i would. the other day a friend and i went to this taco bell around 11:10am. we ordered our food and received our bag... once we opened it we realized it was the wrong order... not even close to what we ordered. we then went back inside with our receipt and the bag of food and told the one woman it was the wrong order. she then claimed it was someone else's order... so we got some random ladies order and maybe she got ours?? i don't know. point is, she took the bag and put it back on the pick up shelving for this woman to get. so does that mean she's getting the food we touched?? sounds like cross contamination . then when we got our SECOND bag of food we left because i was in a time crunch and had to be to an appointment by 11:30 come to realize when i get home... the order was once again wrong. COMPLETELY wrong... not even close. at this point i was beyond frustrated so i went back... brought the bag in again and said "this is our second order that was once again wrong" they continued to go on by saying "i'm so sorry... do you want this anyway?? we will have to end up throwing it out anyways" which i did take it because obviously i'd rather it not be wasted. after they helped literally almost everyone in the drive thru... i'm guessing the manager?? comes over and says "are you two being helped?" i don't even know if i am at this point because it's been about 10 mins still with no signs of them making our food. the manager then goes on to make our food herself (it was right this time) and she gave us two coupons for our troubles that expired 12/31/2022..... it's 2023... i'm probably not going to be returning to this location ever again. this was a...
