Bagel House — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I've been meaning to try Bagel House because I find 24 hour bagel rude and overpriced and Cino's are always overcharging and hope I don't notice! This morning I finally went and Bagel House is my new go to in Oceanside. The staff is kind and personable. The working owner actually said good morning to me. Bagels are soft and delicious! And they don't overload the cream cheese. Some people like that but I actually hate that. Iced coffee was great. And prices were very reasonable and fair. What a disgrace to a New York bagel. I have had a better bagel at Dunkin’ Donuts and they are frozen before they are baked! The person behind the counter was rude and unfriendly and quite frankly seemed like he did not want to be there. How hard is it to pick up napkins and keep the place presentable? This place was pretty good. I have passed by it for years without ever stopping. The decor is average but the bagels are delicious. The man behind the counter, which I assume is also the owner was very friendly. The prices are ok. You have too very your food to go because there isn't any seating too dine in the establishment.
