So just got back from this location. It’s been only open 3 weeks and really wanted to give it more stars. I tried to see if maybe even 3. we decided to come on a Tuesday afternoon. It wasn’t busy so that was a plus but these were is the main issues. Being open only for three weeks six machines did not work (two were completely out of order), a few were jammed, and a few weren’t giving you your points/tickets. So we lost out at least on 500 tickets. When I brought it to the managers attention, Jade and Alex they offered nothing but excuses that the game person wasn’t around suppose to be checked every 30 mins. Oh, let’s top it off with the emergency exit door alarm was going off for about 15 minutes and no one did anything and then they finally came and I expressed that that was an extreme concern because if a kid had left no one was aware huge safety concern. The other concern was I had to take a selfie with my daughter which I’ve attached a picture and that was the first thing told to me when I stepped in because they didn’t have a person there to do the kid check they didn’t have the stamps. Which was very odd to me, but we did it anyway. There wasn’t a nice welcoming, besides being told to take the selfie. It is on the small side once again wasn’t an issue for us. We were coming during the week so we figured it wouldn’t be busy so as far as that it was comfortable. The pizza was mediocre. I’ve had better pizza at other locations. For the most part, it was clean and the bathroom was corn as well but once againthere wasn’t many people there. If they want to continue business, they’re definitely gonna have to step up their game. Jade was really nice but she seemed unable to do anything and then my partner spoke with Alex who seem to be the main manager had an attitude she demanded compensation he flat out said no until she threatened to leave a bad review then ask what did we want to be done? Read moreFirst time and the last time. Went here with my daughters, upon entry they stamp your hand, first time I've seen this because they usually give out wrist bands. Somehow one of my daughters (twins btw) didn't get stamped.
We go inside and I buy 3 game passes for 90mins. We have a good time, not a lot of games but enough. Now we're on the way to the exit and we have to show the stamps to the employee at the entrance/exit. I show her mine and my daughter shows hers but my other daughter stamp wasn't showing up. So the employee begins to ask my daughter questions like "are you with him, what's his name, you gotta stay with me if you don't know who he is". My daughter is seven and is shy and she clearly visiblely uncomfortable so I step in and say, can we leave now what's this all about and she say oh she doesn't have a stamp and we need to make sure she is with you and your the parent. Sooooo you pressing my daughter making her uncomfortable but at the same time you fail to realize that your employee didn't stamp her, MY DAUGHTERS ARE TWIN BTW.

Read moreMy own misconception led me to believe this would be better than the locations in the Bronx and I was so wrong. I came to this location on a Sunday during busy hours(birthday parties) and then again on Monday 8/18 and so many games are not working and when I ask for help sheeesh it’s hard to come by. Monday I noticed the employees are too busy on their phones. I appreciated Sunday when the manager was available. When I came in Monday there is no 1 at the front n the 1 person that was at the register was leaned over on their phone. This location is also a lot smaller than ever other location I have ever experienced in my life Edit: The managers were not easily identified previously. There is a young lady(Manager) that helped me and helped me identify the managers. Oddly enough people started “working” after I made this post. Outside of that the facility is too small to have 6+ games out of order.
