Family Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I'm giving a Three star because of this place seeming to be a family run operation.

Yet I'm leaving this review with hopes they consider my experience when reevaluating to make changes. The large cheese pizza was okay nothing to brag or speak about other than addressing your hunger. One of my issues was the wings. The wings were absolutely not worth it for the price. I attached a picture for other reviewers to be the judge of whether these were any kind of wings to be charging 8 bucks for. The wings were the size of my thumb. They are better off not offering wings at all if that's the best they can offer for wings.

The second issue was the 3.99% fee for debit or credit. The food is already mediocre and your inflating the price by 3.99% for those paying with credit or debit card is cruel. 3.99% is a high fee.

The food at this establishment is consistently delicious, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. I always order the same meal, and it’s been incorrectly prepared every single time. It seems like there’s a lot of turnover with the front staff, which might contribute to the issue. I would recommend investing in better training, especially when it comes to basic customer service.
