Frantoni's Pizzeria & Ristorante — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Never ever had a such an irresponsible answer to a complaint. I ordered a delivery specifically for my daughter who doesn’t eat nothing but pasta on butter sauce I made sure to mention it 3 times “Please make sure the pasta is only butter sauce”.

After reading my address backwards and asking me the order 4 times the person on the phone said. “Bear with me I’m new”., ok understand we all start at some point at a work place. Bit to put a new parson to take orders ??? Who doesn’t even know butter pasta ? And when I called back to complain. I get an answer by the manager “we will sent it with the driver”. Really ? That’s all you have to say after the inconvenience of waiting an extra hr for a pasta that supposedly you were gonna sent in 10 min. And never came ?? Waiting for it an hr. When they said it would be 10 min. It takes 10 min to do butter pasta I could have done it If like a real man you said “ok sorry and i apologize but we can’t sent it again “. Don’t make wait an hr to give my daughter dinner Bc you have no sense of maturity…. This place is a Joke. … no winder why they told me no to buy from there when I moved to...

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I am not a fan of giving bad reviews but I feel compelled to share this. I am a local and have been coming to Frantoni’s for years. The guy who took my order over the phone, couldn’t even get my order right then I waited over an hour to receive a completely wrong order. I called and was told they would make it over. I went to pick it up and as soon as I walked in, the entire staff was hysterically laughing. This led me to believe that the new order was compromised... he even handed the pies with no gloves or mask, which he had on when I picked it up the first time. On top of that, the pies looked extremely sloppy. So I told them I rather not take it...they didn’t even apologize for getting my order wrong in the first place. Childish and unprofessional. They’ve officially lost a loyal customer and I honestly rather recommend any other pizzeria...

I heard good reviews of this place but I was just disgusted how unprofessional the delivery drive and phone girl where. Even you think the manager would apologize most resturants even refund money for such unprofessionalism. The delivery guy called me 1 time telling me rudely that he was waiting outside for 10 minutes. The recipient stated call when he was outside. Then he flatout lies as well telling me the passcode I gave him was inncorrect when I never gave him a passcode for the building. I tell the phone girl she goes ok when I called the pizzeria back. So I was like you know what the manager should know. Usually some kind of credit is order. Beware for rude kids delivering your pizza.
