Koi Ramen and Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

You can never go wrong with brown sugar milk tea, a sweet drink complimenting the duck Japanese bun.

I also tried the chicken bun (the chicken is fried), and if I had to pick between the two buns, I would like the duck again.

In addition to those two appetizers, we tried the Takoyaki Balls (fried octopus balls), which were good, but I wish there were more octopus in them. It felt as if the ball was filled with mostly the filling and not the meat. 🤷🏾‍♂️ So, I am not sure how it was made. I will have to try someone else to compare the two.

The Scallion Pancake was good. What made it exceptional was the sauce that you dipped it in. Without it, it wouldn't have been good by itself, in my opinion.

As for ramen, both the Tempura ramen 🍜( comes with (5 pieces)) and the Korean Seafood Ramen is a must-try. But if I had to pick between the two, I would go with the tempura.

If you wonder if they are spicy to heat your broth, they have chili oil, seasoning, and chili paste. Out of all 3, the paste was the most intense. It also had a hint of sweetness in it but was very tolerable.

For dessert, I recommend getting the Boba Vanilla Ice Cream. It's simple and pairs nicely with the ramen afterward.

And the service is excellent. The servers were attentive to the customers, ensured the water was refilled, and answered any questions that needed to be answered.

I came here on a whim for lunch. Let me tell you, it must've been God driving me to this place because the ramen I had here? Slapped. Fire. Bangin'. Whatever else the kids say that means it was really good.

When I want ramen, this was exactly what I mean. The broth was savory and the perfect amount of salty. The pork (I got tonkatsu) had a very delicious smokey flavor, and the egg - which I normally don't eat - was cooked so well and was so tasty, it ended up being my favorite part!

I also got the gyoza. They were warm and the filling was so good! It also came with a sort of sweet sauce that went perfectly with the dumplings.

The staff were super friendly and the interior is very modern and clean. Definitely a great addition to the Levittown buffet menu! If you want some great ramen, this place is for YOU!

I placed an order for two drinks one of them came out perfect. The other one was totally different from the picture. The one I order. Had lime and limos a slices in I told the person behind the counter. This is not what I order. I show her the picture and she told me that’s only the picture. This is what it is. I say I don’t want it. Can I replace it with coffee .coffee is in the menu she told me they don’t sell coffee so I just walked out without my drink I told her to dump it I was not gonna drink something then I don’t want but I pay for it was very disappointed.
