I recently had the pleasure of visiting one of our town’s pool at Avril Park and I felt compelled to share my experience, particularly regarding the safety measures in place and the professionalism of the staff. As a local resident, I believe it's essential to highlight how well this facility is maintained, especially in terms of safety, cleanliness, and overall enjoyment. Their vigilance is commendable; they maintain a watchful eye without being intrusive, striking a perfect balance that allows guests to relax.

The pool itself is clearly well-maintained to meet the highest safety standards. There are clear depth markers, and the layout includes designated shallow and deep areas, which is particularly beneficial for families with young children. Additionally, the presence of safety equipment, such as life rings and first aid kits, is reassuring.

I observed the staff actively engaging with guests, reminding them of the rules and encouraging safe behaviors without being overly strict.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, including the changing rooms and restrooms. The maintenance team clearly takes pride in their work, ensuring that everything is in top shape for visitors.

Office staff are rude and unknowlede. Not understand the situation. Very bad attitude..I just come their with my son 6year so he is the resident in Hempstead Elmont area with his mom.. He already learning swimming their and almost week their. In my lisence my residence in near town. So they not allowed me to pay and go inside. I told I am just waiting and watching my son not swimming . . I told I can show her mom lisence on video call or on the phone. They not allowed . Then I call her to come here she told coming in 10 min after to wait time they very rude to say go outside from front area and wait outside on 100 degree F weather time.last I wait outside hot weather 10 min . His mom come just show Id they change 13$ after I enter their . This place not clean . Very bad experience.they waste people time . Very bad attitude and no manners raceist people in...

Having recently moved from Florida I was very excited to find a public pool close to my new home. However, my experience with the supervisor and his assistant has totally ruined my excitement. We wanted to celebrate my youngest 5th birthday, got all dressed and rushed over to enjoy the pool. Called before I arrived and found out I can take two guests. Unfortunately, I did not realize that underage kids ( my 2 adult quests have one kid each) are considered guest also. Tried my best but they wouldn't help me out. They couldn't provide written proof of what is considered a guest. Just had to take their word that underage kids are considered guest. Thankfull for Google that I found ECHO POOL less than 10 mins from there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GO...
