McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

This is the second time I’ve been here in a month, possibly the worst McDonald’s in Nassau County, first issue I had 2 weeks ago I went here ordered the 5 dollar deal someone else ordered the same thing, they tossed my ticket cause they couldn’t read 2 separate people got the same order in a row waited 20 mins then was asked to repay for my meal before I had to read my receipt out for the employee that couldn’t read, again I gave them another chance today just to regret my decision, I ordered the 6 dollar meal deal only to receive incorrect change and the employee working the cashier window couldn’t figure out the math for 20 dollars for a meal costing 6.52 cents with tax this place apparently hires anyone, it’s fast food that is inconvenient and difficult worst of all there are dozens of options all around this place. I’m gonna avoid this location like the plague because they don’t know how to do basic operations, staff training is proven to be non existent at this point and I don’t believe things are gonna change here this location has failed good luck to anyone continuing to go here I would recommend against it highly “my personal opinion to...

We had a horrible experience at this store. My friend and I ordered food through different kiosks. First, the lady who identified herself as the store manager served our food, but she refused to fulfill my friend's order because she mistakenly thought she had already done so. Despite clarifying that we had placed two separate orders, she still did not serve my friend. Instead, she approached my table, yelled in front of my kids and other customers, and accused me of not paying for my order, which she had already processed in the system.

My children pointed out that the kiosk didn’t print out the receipt, but instead of checking the store system, she asked me to call my credit card company to verify the transaction. I had to expose my personal information in public to confirm the payment. Only then did she serve my friend's food, but she refused to apologize to us, even going so far as to say, 'Call whoever you want.'

I am shocked that McDonald's would provide this kind of service. I hope no other parents and children have to experience what we went through. If I could give this service a negative...

"McDonald's has become one of my and my kids' favorite places to visit! We love the updated menu and decent prices for different combo levels. I recently stopped by while fixing my car a few blocks away, and I was impressed by the decent property and inviting atmosphere.

The restaurant had great amenities, including two bathrooms, different seating levels, and an LCD screen for ordering. I was looking for a small bite, so I opted for the 4-piece Chicken McNuggets and McChicken meal for just $5.50, including a drink! I was blown away by the quality, quantity, and value.

The working staff were busy taking orders and handling deliveries, but still managed to provide excellent service. My favorite foods, including Apple Pies, Hash Browns, and coffee, were all delicious.

Thank you, McDonald's, for continuing to serve and impress! As a bonus, I must admit that my first job was at McDonald's, so it's great to see the brand still thriving. Keep up...
