New York Deli Y Pupuseria — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I was looking forward to having breakfast here, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff was not welcoming and made no effort to assist me. I asked about breakfast multiple times, only to be vaguely told, “Eggs are over there,” without any further guidance.

Meanwhile, a Spanish-speaking family who arrived after me was immediately attended to, while I was left to figure things out on my own. When I was eventually directed to someone who spoke English, she was just as unhelpful—simply pointing rather than offering actual assistance.

Good customer service means making all guests feel valued and helping them navigate the ordering process when needed. Sadly, that was not my experience here. After being ignored and given no real assistance, I ultimately decided to leave without ordering.
