This place USED TO BE GREAT, I frequented all the time and had fell off for a bit, lately I’ve returned..given them 3 chances in fact.
Go 1pm when it’s slow or 5pm when it’s the rush and you will have to wait a minimum of 25mins, now I understand they have to cook the food. However it’s a fast food restaurant I don’t think I should have the same wait time wether I’m the only person in the store or it’s crowded.
Secondly, the customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve witnessed the little latina get into it with 2 others on my two prior trips but didn’t think much into it. HOWEVER ON MY THIRD TRIP LAST NIGHT, I got introduced to her other,rude,very unprofessional side. I was forced to take a refund after waiting literally 28 mins for my food when all I really wanted was my chicken teriyaki 😩.
I’ll stick to the one alllllllll the way at the mall, even tho I live in Freeport. Guess my business...

I came here expecting a run of the mill overpriced Japanese themed restaurant but was honestly suprised.
The person taking my order was friendly and cheerful when taking my order. I was handed a buzzer and asked to wait. The wait was not long and I was able to see my food get cooked.
What I really like is that the bento box was perfectly portioned. It was exactly enough fpr the price it was (some swear it's a tad expensive). The food was nice and hot; just ready to be eaten by myself.
The box was clean and organized. None of the sauce or sushi was misplaced. It was professionally made and was a pleasure to eat.
I highly recommend this place if you want to sit down and enjoy Japanese food. I appreciate the staff and the atmosphere this...

Kind of weird...I ordered Teriyaki Chicken and vegitable entree and asked to hold the rice. That cost an additional dollar. (not sure how the math works on that?!?) When I questioned it the response was "yes thats what it says...we have a lot of rice" Mind you she was very nice and polite....but what exactly does that even mean?
Then I get back to work and open the dinner...it is chicken and cabage with exactly 1 piece of broccoli. I am not exaggerating at all by the way.
I would have made a bigger fuss but for the cost of a dollar, I get to tell this story to many many people. Even a customer in the store at the time I was there said to me "That's pretty strange"
