This is the worst location ever never been discriminated the way I was at this location I don’t recommend people of color to come here it’s disgusting customer service they treat you as if your not a paying customer I’m coming here for your service as you should be always happy to server a customer !!! customer is always right!! No matter what they do or how rude they are customer should always come first I myself work work with customer and I know how to treat people if your having a bad day is ok we all do but you discriminate and treat someone different cause of their skin color it’s outrageous who ever manages this store should really start dreads with new employees cause they way these girls treat customers is disgraceful it’s not my fault you work here and your un happy they need to all be trained again or let go take the servsafe class because it’s horrible at this location the one in RVC is Amazing this girls are nice and happy to work you have un happy workers at this valley stream location horrible please drive to rvc and any other location cause this is...

I’m super disappointed this is usually my go to ice cream location. Tonight my Fiance and I checked Google it stated the store closed at 10:30pm. We walk 15mins since we are in the area and arrived at the door at 9:55pm just to be turned away. When we arrived the doors were already locked. There were 2 young ladies inside working making an order for a gentleman, his family was already outside enjoying their ice cream on the benches. The young ladies didn’t want to open the doors nor take our order through the window (actually didn’t have the deceny to address us through the window to atleast tell us they were closed, they just waved us off) I literally just wanted a scoop of ice cream, nothing complicated. There were more cars that also arrived with us and were shocked to see the doors were locked already. Pulled up to the Ralph’s ices in Valley stream at 10:01. The website says that their open until 11:30. Three people are working inside...lights on...sign on the door says open. I go to open the door and they turn around and say that they’re closed. As I look inside, they couldn’t have locked the door but 30 seconds earlier. I guess they’re so popular, that they don’t care about REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve spent at least $2500.00 at this establishment in the last 3 years. I didn’t say that to the girls inside, nor should I have too. With the world sort of falling apart around us with this corona virus, you would think that businesses would be thinking out of the box just a little...like serving someone when it would have taken absolutely zero effort to make a customer happy and long time loyal fan.
