UPDATE they are extremely shady . Still never heard from them after my first review, but received another email about new cars a few days ago . Stop emailing me !
Slow leak failed!! The slow leak they charge me $66 failed in two weeks and they switched the tires so now the slow leak tire is on the left rear .
Killed my battery ! I had to purchase a new battery at another location BECAUSE this location (THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT)killed my battery during the recall update for tire pressure . On the paper for the recall it states "battery loading " that must've killed my battery .
I came here for a recall , and ended paying $66 for a tire patch ,- which i was told is like $10. Purchased a battery from somewhere else another $200. Get your work done somewhere else .
Beware ladies, i will be making a complaint with corporate .
I went to this location regarding a recall. The recall involved the tire pressure system . I supposedly received a vehicle inspection , but my tire had a nail in it. They did not do the inspection correctly , because I told them the light keeps coming on after I put air in the tire. Very frustrating that I left the dealership with a slow leak .
Second time I came back to let them know there is something wrong with tire pressure again , then I'm told I have a slow leak. They did not inspect correctly the first time because i told them , & they just assumed it was the recall issue . I also ask for a replacement battery for my key fob $20.
Two days later my car key is giving me an issue and it's stating my 12Vcar battery is dying . They gave me a new vehicle service inspection stating that my battery is okay but now my car is staying its dying ??? My car won't open without me taking the key out of my purse, never had this issue until they changed the key fob.
& if I'm already having issues with the service department why have a sales associate reach out via email to upgrade my car with...

My consultant was Mateo and I was very impressed with his knowledge and concern for my experience in obtaining my new car. He provided answers to all of my questions and treated me with respect. Once again I had a fabulous experience at Sunrise Volkswagen when I turned in my 2018 leased Tiguan SE for a 2021 Tiguan SE. My Salesman was Eric Silverman who sat with me (keeping social distance and masked) we discussed what I wanted to have in my Tiguan. After our discussion, I spoke to Mario Colace, Sales Manger to whom II explained how I have been a loyal Sunrise Volkswagen customer for a decade and wanted to continue to drive a Volkswagen. So he rolled up his sleeves and went to work on the numbers until I was satisfied with my lease agreement. Eric and Mario displayed the highest degree of professionalism and respect which is important to me as a female customer. Dominque Denis, Business Manger, was also very professional and fast in completing my Lease Agreement. About a week later my screen displayed a warning sign that my front assist sensor has failed. I called Eric and he had Tony in the Service department call me and he walked me thru a solution. So, with all this said I am happy to be a repeat customer of the Sunrise Volkswagen dealership. I have nothing but praise for the recent experience I had in these hard times of 2020 & 2021. Thanks guys !...
   Read moreSo I came here for an issue my mechanic Found and diagnosed as the clock spring. Being that I had a warranty on the part he sent me to Volkswagen dealership to have them do it.
I arrive at 7:30am to be honest there was no guard or anyone coordinating how to enter or access the lot, well I get in and I am interrogated by Justin ( who later is the mechanic on my car) who tells me I can't wait in the lobby which opens at 7:30am....I told him that I was waiting for the staff to arrive and I was just sitting until then and had business that was scheduled.. He tells me i don't care and refused his supervisor and his title when asked.
After an hour of waiting Anthony takes my keys and has the car to be looked at . 2 hours later I am told it was a wire and not the clock spring...when he takes me to the mechanic he must have known because when it was discovered to be Justin I indicated that he would be biased and I was not treated kindly by him earlier. Anthony then tells me why did I say that. Then someone guy with a blue collar shirt and bald head comes over claiming to be a manager but refuses to provide a name and gets hostile with me, condones the behavior of Justin who lied about everything which was on camera.
Forced to pay for a service that was not the issue I did and when I got home it was told to me he never did the physical check which was outlined in the warranty let alone did they even read it.
Justin, Anthony and this anonymous alledged manager seem to be in callusion and probably ripping off innocent people. I plan to have this evaluated and if found will bring a strong lawsuit against this company.
