Horrible customer service. I ordered a footlong sandwich through the app since there is a $6.99 deal going on for all subs. The footlong had a measly portion of chicken and guacamole. When asked why the portions were low for this premium sub, the person behind the counter replied ‘What do you expect for $6.99?’ Basically, they reduce ingredients since a deal is going on. The worst part is when the Subway member decided to go through my sandwich to prove her point that there is enough chicken. I have a picture below of the aftermath. This is an extreme low for a well known sandwich chain. When asked for a refund, the Subway member made me wait until they served other customers, as a spite. Went in… trying to decide what I wanted but the food station looked a little iffy to me so I decided to just have cookies.simple question I asked the Indian lady “were these cookies baked today?!” She said yes. So I ordered two. While walking away tasting one of the cookies, it was very soft and chewy just the way I like them so I decided to get two more. Low n behold she gets an attitude and tells me no! U get everything at once. Order everything at one time. I said who are u to tell me how n when to place my order. I called to make a complaint the lady refused to let me speak to a manager or even give me her name. She said and I quote “take your sandwich eat it and don’t order from here again, I don’t care if you call my boss or whatever” I recorded it all.
