Woman worker and guy worker were having a conversation when me and my partner approached. We weren't greeted just nonchalantly asked what type of bread to start. The 2 employees continued their conversation while preparing the bread. The woman then began to put a protein on the bread that wasn't asked for. As she was still distracted and possibly heard us discussing which meat was which, possibly prompting her to just throw what ever on there. She was a bit crass and unprofessional. She glared at us because we politely and playfully identified the facts in a quick effort to get the order right. Definitely not meeting the standard for professionalism nor hospitality. Also speaking directly over people's order probably should be a big no no....

⚠️ Warning about the Subway inside Walmart on Marketplace Dr. in Henrietta (store #1619). ⚠️
I placed an order through the Subway app for Geneseo, but the app switched it to the Henrietta Walmart location instead. When I tried to resolve it, the worker there was unfriendly, difficult to communicate with, and refused to help me get a refund.
I was charged $15.04 on a gift card and $6.86 on my Visa for food I never received. I’m now working with Subway corporate and my bank to get my money back.
Please double-check your Subway app orders and be careful with this location — customer service here was not...

Ordered subway for my team. 3 subs, two of which were to be the exact same, and a third with different choices. Not that detailed or hard to achieve, paid extra for extra proteins.
what we got were 3 of the exact same sub that did not match any of the subs we ordered.
I realize mistakes happen, but it seems they happen far more often at this location than others. You are better off going to DiBella's just up the road, or Ameils for a much better sub experience with much better service and care put into...
