Great shop! Great people! After two years struggling with a ball that I purchased and had drilled at the alley's pro shop, I went to Bowler's World based upon a recommendation from another guy in my league. Mark confirmed that my old ball had been completely drilled wrong by the pro shop. I had previously told the pro shop that I thought the ball didn't feel right and they swore the ball was right and it was just me.

Mark spent a lot of time with me discussing which ball I should buy and then took detailed measurements. The ball I wanted wasn't in stock. When it came in, instead of just drilling the ball using those measurements, he waited until I came back in so that he could remeasure and drill the ball with me standing right there! He fine tuned each hole immediately after he drilled it by having me check the fit. After it was drilled, Ray took me back to "lane 1" to evaluate my throw with the new ball and give me pointers.

I had a league match the very next day with no time to practice with the new ball prior to it. I threw my season high in the last game!

I had such a wonderful experience at this pro shop! I recently got into bowling and wanted to take a step up from being a casual player. I brought in my childhood bowling ball as I knew the staff would know if it still suited me.

I ended up picking out a new ball. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the crew. I also felt they were patient with me and answered all my questions thoughtfully.

The new ball was drilled to fit my hand PERFECTLY! Night and day change compared with my old ball. I was even given some pointers on how to properly throw my new ball, and even tried it out on their test-lane in store.

I ended up also buying shoes and a bag—I felt the prices for everything were very fair, and I feel confident that I made the right choice.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone at any level...

I'm not actually a customer--yet!

I have just gotten back into bowling after 25 years away. I've been using my old ball and wondering if anything's changed in the years I've been away from the sport. I happened upon Ray's store as a result of dining at the Indian restaurant next door. In the business for over 40 years, he really knows his stuff! He asked me pointed questions about my history, my ball, my grip, my handedness; and, as a result, told me what I needed. He gave me a tour of his workshop and explained to me how things had changed in ball technology and drilling.

I promised him I would be back, and I will! He earned my trust and respect. His knowledge and expertise are both self-evident...
