Jay Scutti is basically a slum lord and his plaza is proof of it. The parking lot will be full of holes and damage for years at a time, then he'll fix half of it in one go and it will be another 5 years before he does any more. He's also personally harangued store managers for dumb things like turning off their store lights at night. Even when it was explained that the store's corporate policy is lights out at close, he demanded them back on, and that's just a waste of energy....

Not too bad, we just went to Jared's to have my husband's watch fixed. I didn't go to the other stores here.. to be honest we love Jared's Jewelry store. Upscale, Very knowledgeable gemologists .. they will work hard to accommodate your needs with watches and fine jewelry.. Beautiful diamonds and fine jewelry for your Loved ones.
