My daughter wanted to get Wingstop I’m convinced only because of social media so I said we could go. After looking at the reviews in the area I didn’t have high hopes. Everyone has complained of long wait times and rude employees.
I ordered online and we got 10 tenders total, cheese fries and lemon pepper fries. The quoted time was 12-15 minutes later and when we arrived the food was ready. The staff was also good greeting us as we walked in and assuring our order was correct.
So in my experience the complaints were incorrect. But I can only comment on today. I was pleased with the service.
Bringing the food home always affects the food. The fries were “soggy” and not crispy but appeared to be cooked correctly if we had them fresh. I also knew the cheese fries were going to be that way just by their nature. The flavor on each was good other than this.
We got 4 flavors of tenders - lemon pepper, Korean, hot, and hot honey. Our least favorite were the hot honey they didn’t have the flavor of either hot or honey. The hot and lemon pepper were good but the winner was the Korean. My daughter describes it as a bbq sauce with honey in it and that’s fairly accurate.
Overall it’s flavored tenders and fries.
It’s nothing you can’t get at any restaurant but they were good and worth a shot to see...
Read moreTook my fiance here after her surgery. When we first walked in, we were greeted by someone I assumed was the manager. He was very nice and all the workers there were. The woman at the front was very patient with us as we asked a few questions and changed our order. We were informed right off the bat of the wait time for crispy wings, which I do appreciate. We waited and got our food within the time frame. We went with the combo meal for 2. It came with 15 wings fries and 2 drinks. I will go over the food
Hot Honey wings: These were my favorite by far. Not too hot with a hint of sweet
Garlic Parm: classic great wing sauce
Lemon Pepper: I wasn't a fan of this. It's like they added the lemon pepper rub and then added more lemon juice. All you taste is lemon. It was very overwhelming.
Fries: they were not hot at all. They were warm at best and had a kind of salty sweet seasoning on it. The fries were also very soggy/limp. Though I don't know for sure but it seems they are made, and the fries are kept warm under a heat lamp. I would recommend asking to have new fries dropped since you're already waiting a while for the wings.
The place, including the bathroom, was clean.

Read moreDecided to take a chance on this new restaurant. Majorly disappointed to say the least! Asked for Garlic Parmesan and Hickory Smoked BBQ wings.. they gave me all Boneless Wings and never said ahead of time or any indication that it wasn't a regular chicken wing. The breading on them was very thick, the flavor of the chicken was a brined one then that fought the flavor of the Garlic Parmesan. Disappointing! The Hickory Smoked BBQ wings (also boneless), the sauce was very thick. Flavor was off. The dipping sauce, I asked for Blue Cheese.. well they obviously don't know which container was which cause it was Ranch or a nasty cross of Blue Cheese AND Ranch. One sauce containers sauce had a nasty streak of oil or something else on the top of the sauce. All of the dipping sauce was watered down or obviously thinned and very runny. For just 2 people ordering for take-out, it took them 25 mins to get our small order ready. One cashier kept "disappearing" on the shift. Heard the manager multiple times ask or comment, "Now where did she walk off to"? "We have people that need to order". Overall a very disappointing visit, definitely not worth the...
